Interakt + ChatGPT
让你的 AI 操作 Interakt 的 WhatsApp Business 账号：列出已审核的模板，查找和列出带属性与标签的客户，添加或更新客户，记录事件并分配聊天。发送模板消息和文本消息的工具在安装时处于关闭状态。
前提条件
完整的设置说明已内置在连接器中 (在 store 中选择连接器时可见)。所需环境变量:

步骤 1 — 获取凭证
设置大约需要 2 分钟。你需要一个 Growth 或更高套餐的 Interakt 账号：从这个套餐起才提供 API 访问。
- 在 Interakt 中打开 Settings → Developer Setting。
- 把 Secret Key 按原样复制到
INTERAKT_API_KEY，前面不要加 Basic。这个密钥已经编码过，连接器只会把它发送到 api.interakt.ai。 - 安装连接器并运行
interakt_list_templates：它会列出你的 WhatsApp 模板，并确认密钥和套餐可用。
电话号码：大多数工具需要不带国家代码的号码和单独的国家代码，例如 9876543210 和 +91（默认是印度）。发送自由文本的工具需要不带 + 的完整号码，例如 919876543210。
可读取的内容：你的 WhatsApp 模板，包括代码名称、显示名称、语言、类别、审核状态、页眉、带占位符的正文、页脚和按钮；按电话号码或 Interakt ID 查找的客户，包括姓名、邮箱、WhatsApp 订阅授权和你自定义的属性，以及标签和创建、最后修改时间；以及在某个时间段内创建或更新的客户，每次 100 个。
没有消息记录：Interakt API 不返回历史消息或送达状态，这些只会推送到 Interakt 的 Webhook。所以 AI 无法告诉你客户是否读过某条消息。
每次修改前都会询问：interakt_upsert_customer 新建客户，或更新同一号码的客户（属性会合并，标签只增加不删除）；interakt_track_event 在客户时间线上记录 Order Placed 等事件，这可能触发会给客户发消息的 Interakt 自动化；interakt_assign_chat 按邮箱把共享收件箱中某位客户的聊天分配给团队成员。AI 会先展示客户和具体改动，等你同意后再执行。
安装时关闭：interakt_send_template 和 interakt_send_text。消息会立即送达客户，模板消息的会话由 Meta 计费。自由文本只能在客户最后一条消息后的 24 小时内发送；超出这个时间窗口，Interakt 会拒绝，只能使用已审核的模板。模板中的每个占位符（{{1}}、{{2}} 等）都必须按顺序提供恰好一个值，因此 AI 会先读取模板并数清数量；带图片或文档页眉的模板还需要文件的公开链接。这些工具需要管理员有意识地开启，即使开启后，AI 也会先展示模板或文本、号码和取值，等你同意后再发送。成功的响应只表示 Interakt 已接收消息，并不代表已送达。
限制：Interakt 在 Growth 套餐下每分钟允许 300 次请求，Advanced 套餐下为 600 次，单个请求最大 32 KB。收到 429 后，AI 会等待一分钟再重试。
常见错误：401 表示密钥错误或你的套餐没有 API 访问权限：请重新复制 Secret Key（不要加 Basic），并确认套餐为 Growth 或更高。400 表示缺少字段或字段有误，Interakt 的消息会说明是哪一个，例如 "Missing variable values for template's body" 表示缺少模板取值。429 表示达到了请求频率上限。
该连接器不会创建模板，不运行营销活动，不上传媒体，不会改用 RCS 或短信发送，也不管理 Webhook。

步骤 3 — 在 ChatGPT 中添加连接器
你的服务器 URL： 在 AnythingMCP 中打开 MCP Servers → 此连接器所在的服务器，复制它的 URL（
https://cloud.anythingmcp.com/mcp/…）。本指南中出现YOUR_SERVER_ID的地方都用它替换。
ChatGPT 在网页版的 Plugins 页面把 MCP 服务器添加为插件，仅付费套餐可用，不再需要开发者模式。在 Business 工作区中只有管理员和所有者可以添加；在 Enterprise 和 Edu 中，管理员可以授予 Create plugins with MCPs 权限。
- 前往 chatgpt.com/plugins，点击 +，然后选择 Add custom MCP server。
- 填写名称，例如 Name:
Interakt。 - 在 Connection 下的 Server URL 中填入
