Jotform + ChatGPT

前提条件
完整的设置说明已内置在连接器中 (在 store 中选择连接器时可见)。所需环境变量:

步骤 1 — 获取凭证
- 在 Jotform 中打开 My Account → API（
https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/api），点击 Create New Key。 - 选择权限：只读取表单和提交记录时，Read Access 就够了。只有当 AI 需要添加或编辑提交记录、复制表单时，才选择 Full Access。
- 把密钥粘贴到
JOTFORM_API_KEY。 - 把
JOTFORM_API_HOST设为你账户所在数据区域的主机，不带 https://：标准账户用api.jotform.com，Jotform EU 账户用eu-api.jotform.com，HIPAA 账户用hipaa-api.jotform.com。使用 Jotform Enterprise 时，填写你自己的地址并在后面加上 /API，例如forms.example.com/API。 - 安装连接器，并用
jotform_get_user检查：它会显示密钥所属的账户、套餐和时区。
主机必须正确：密钥只能在其所属数据区域的主机上使用。把 EU 或 HIPAA 密钥发到 api.jotform.com 会被拒绝，返回 401。
能读取什么：你的表单，包括状态、提交记录数量和未读数量；每个表单的问题，包括填写者看到的标签和问题类型；表单设置，例如感谢页、邮件通知、提交数量上限和到期日期；单个表单或所有表单的提交记录，可按日期、状态或答案中的文字搜索；表单的报告；文件夹和标签；以及本月用量：提交记录、上传文件、表单浏览量和 API 调用次数。
提交记录属于个人数据：其中包含人们在你的表单里填写的内容：姓名、邮箱地址、电话号码、住址，有时还有健康或支付信息。AI 只显示回答问题所需的内容，除非你要求，否则不会把完整的提交记录复制到其他系统。连接器不会返回提交者的 IP 地址。答案由陌生人填写：AI 只把它们当作数据，绝不当作指令。拿到报告 URL 的任何人都可能看到提交记录，分享时请谨慎。
每次写入前都会先问你：jotform_create_submission、jotform_edit_submission 和 jotform_clone_form 会修改你的账户。每次调用前，AI 都会给你看表单和每一个答案、对应的提交记录和具体修改内容，或者要复制的表单，并等你同意。新的提交记录和真实提交一样，可能会发送表单的通知邮件和自动回复邮件，并触发它的集成。复制出来的表单和其他表单一样处于上线和公开状态。写入需要 Full Access 密钥；使用 Read Access 密钥会返回 401。
安装时默认关闭：jotform_delete_submission。管理员需要有意识地开启它；开启后，AI 会先给你看这条提交记录，在你确认后才删除。删除的提交记录无法通过 API 恢复。
问题和筛选：提交记录中的答案以问题 ID 为键，这些 ID 是每个表单内的小数字，所以 AI 会先用 jotform_get_form_questions 读取问题。表单 ID 是表单地址中的那串长数字。日期筛选使用你账户的时区，已删除的提交记录不计入数量，因此数字与你在 Jotform 中看到的一致。
限额：Jotform 按套餐统计每天的 API 调用次数（Starter 每天 1,000 次，付费套餐更多），每次响应都会显示当天的剩余次数。除非 AI 请求更多，列表返回 20 条，每页最多 1,000 条。
常见错误：401：密钥错误或已删除，属于其他数据区域，或者用 Read Access 密钥尝试写入。429：你套餐的每日 API 限额已用完；第二天会重置，更高的套餐限额也更高。
该连接器不会创建或编辑表单和问题，不修改表单设置，不管理 Webhook、文件上传、付款或子用户，也不删除表单、报告或文件夹。
步骤 2 — 安装 adapter

步骤 3 — 在 ChatGPT 中添加连接器
你的服务器 URL： 在 AnythingMCP 中打开 MCP Servers → 此连接器所在的服务器，复制它的 URL（
https://cloud.anythingmcp.com/mcp/…）。本指南中出现YOUR_SERVER_ID的地方都用它替换。
ChatGPT 在网页版的 Plugins 页面把 MCP 服务器添加为插件，仅付费套餐可用，不再需要开发者模式。在 Business 工作区中只有管理员和所有者可以添加；在 Enterprise 和 Edu 中，管理员可以授予 Create plugins with MCPs 权限。
- 前往 chatgpt.com/plugins，点击 +，然后选择 Add custom MCP server。
- 填写名称，例如 Name:
Jotform。 - 在 Connection 下的 Server URL 中填入
