Kommo + ChatGPT

前提条件
完整的设置说明已内置在连接器中 (在 store 中选择连接器时可见)。所需环境变量:
KOMMO_SUBDOMAIN, KOMMO_ACCESS_TOKEN
步骤 1 — 获取凭证
- 在 Kommo 中，打开 Settings → Integrations，点击右上角的 Create integration。你需要是账户管理员。
- 选择私有集成，Redirect URL 留空，保留你需要的访问权限范围，然后点击 Save。
- 打开该集成的 Keys and scopes 标签页，点击 Generate long-lived token。选择到期日期，并立即复制令牌：Kommo 只显示一次。
- 把令牌填入
KOMMO_ACCESS_TOKEN，把账户的子域名填入KOMMO_SUBDOMAIN：例如https://acme.kommo.com填写acme。然后安装连接器。 - 先运行
kommo_get_account：它会显示账户、账户货币和任务类型。
令牌归属：令牌以创建它的管理员的身份操作。可在集成的 Authorization 标签页中撤销它。令牌到期后，生成新令牌并填入。
只读设置：Kommo 令牌无法限制为只读，因此请停用 kommo_create_lead、kommo_update_lead、kommo_create_contact、kommo_create_task 和 kommo_add_note。这个连接器中没有任何工具会删除数据。
管道、阶段和字段：每条线索都位于某个管道的某个阶段中，kommo_list_pipelines 会列出它们。在每个管道中，阶段 142 都是 Closed-won，143 都是 Closed-lost。电话号码、邮箱地址和其他额外数据都是自定义字段，kommo_list_custom_fields 会列出它们及其 id 和选项。
限制：Kommo 每个账户每秒最多允许 7 个请求。超出后 Kommo 返回 429；反复超限会导致该 IP 地址被封禁，所有调用都返回 403。请让 AI 使用筛选或搜索，而不是逐页翻阅所有线索。
常见错误：401 表示令牌错误、已过期或已撤销：请生成新令牌。402 表示账户的订阅已失效。403 可能表示令牌所属用户权限不足，或 IP 地址因请求过多已被封禁。404 表示 id 或子域名错误。400 会列出无效字段，例如不属于该管道的阶段，或类型错误的自定义字段值。
连接器不会删除任何内容，也不处理传入（未分类）线索、聊天和消息、列表（目录）、webhook 或 Salesbot。

步骤 3 — 在 ChatGPT 中添加连接器
你的服务器 URL： 在 AnythingMCP 中打开 MCP Servers → 此连接器所在的服务器，复制它的 URL（
https://cloud.anythingmcp.com/mcp/…）。本指南中出现YOUR_SERVER_ID的地方都用它替换。
ChatGPT 通过开发者模式（Developer mode）将 MCP 服务器作为自定义应用接入，仅付费套餐可用，免费套餐不可用。在 Business 和 Enterprise 工作区中，可能需要管理员先开启。
- 在 ChatGPT 中打开 Settings → Security and login，开启 Developer mode。
- 前往 chatgpt.com/plugins，点击 +。
- 填写名称和简短描述，例如 Name:
