Lightspeed Retail (X-Series) + ChatGPT

步骤 1 — 获取凭证
仅限 X-Series：本连接器使用 Lightspeed Retail (X-Series) API（前身为 Vend）的日期版本 2026-10，对应单个店铺的 https://<domain_prefix>.retail.lightspeed.app/api/2026-10。它不支持 Lightspeed Retail R-Series 和 Lightspeed Restaurant，它们使用其他 API。
设置大约需要 2 分钟。个人令牌需要 Plus 套餐或更高版本，以及一个管理员用户。
- 以管理员身份打开 Retail POS 后台，进入 Setup、Personal tokens，点击 Add personal token。填写名称（如需要也可设置到期日），生成并复制令牌。
- 把它粘贴到
LIGHTSPEED_PERSONAL_TOKEN。它以Authorization: Bearer <token>发送，并以创建它的用户身份执行操作。 - 把
LIGHTSPEED_DOMAIN_PREFIX设为店铺地址的第一部分：对于https://mystore.retail.lightspeed.app，就是mystore。 - 安装连接器并运行
lightspeed_retail_get_retailer：它会显示店铺名称、币种和时区，并确认令牌可用。
店铺设置：lightspeed_retail_get_retailer、lightspeed_retail_get_current_user，门店（outlet）用 lightspeed_retail_list_outlets 和 lightspeed_retail_get_outlet，收银台用 lightspeed_retail_list_registers 和 lightspeed_retail_get_register，lightspeed_retail_get_register_payments_summary（当前班次按支付方式的应收金额和现金进出，即交班时使用的数据），以及支付方式、税、用户（员工）和班次。
销售：按时间段、门店、收银台、顾客或小票号查询时，AI 使用 lightspeed_retail_search，配合 type: sales 和 date_from/date_to；普通列表会忽略日期。lightspeed_retail_list_sales 按版本遍历所有销售（用于同步），lightspeed_retail_get_sale 读取一笔销售及其明细、付款、顾客、用户和收银台。
商品目录：lightspeed_retail_list_products（查单个商品用 sku）、lightspeed_retail_get_product、lightspeed_retail_get_product_family 和 lightspeed_retail_get_product_family_of_product。自 2026-10 版本起，商品系列保存共用数据（名称、品牌、分类、标签），每个商品保存各自规格的数据（编码、价格、供应商）。参考数据：分类、旧版商品类型、品牌、标签、供应商、价格表（price book）和促销。
库存：lightspeed_retail_list_inventory_levels 按商品和门店给出库存数量、平均成本、再订货点和再订货量，支持筛选、排序以及用于补货清单的 to_be_procured_only；lightspeed_retail_get_product_inventory_levels 显示一个商品在所有门店的库存；lightspeed_retail_list_inventory_records 和 lightspeed_retail_list_stock_adjustments 列出原始库存记录和库存调整。向供应商订货、门店间调拨、退货给供应商和盘点都属于 consignment：lightspeed_retail_list_consignments、lightspeed_retail_get_consignment 和 lightspeed_retail_list_consignment_products（订购数量和收货数量）。采购单用 lightspeed_retail_list_purchase_orders 和 lightspeed_retail_get_purchase_order 读取。
顾客：AI 用 lightspeed_retail_search（type: customers，按邮箱、姓名、编号或电话）找到顾客，然后读取 lightspeed_retail_get_customer（会员积分、店铺余额、挂账余额、年初至今消费）。另有 lightspeed_retail_list_customers、lightspeed_retail_list_customer_groups、lightspeed_retail_get_customer_store_credit，礼品卡用 lightspeed_retail_list_gift_cards 和 lightspeed_retail_get_gift_card。
写入内容：lightspeed_retail_create_sale 记录一笔销售（state 为 closed 时完成交易，parked 或 pending 时保存待后续处理）；lightspeed_retail_update_sale 修改或完成挂单或待处理的销售，并会替换整笔销售，所以 AI 会先读取。商品：lightspeed_retail_create_product_family、lightspeed_retail_add_products_to_family（新规格），共用数据用 lightspeed_retail_update_product_family，价格、编码、供应商、门店税和库存设置用 lightspeed_retail_update_product。此外还有 lightspeed_retail_create_supplier、lightspeed_retail_create_stock_adjustments（quantity 是增减量，减少时为负数，并附带损坏、失窃、盘盈等原因）、lightspeed_retail_create_consignment（以 OPEN 状态创建；商品在 Lightspeed 中或之后再添加）、lightspeed_retail_create_customer 和 lightspeed_retail_update_customer（first_name 和 last_name 为必填）。销售和库存调整会立即改变库存和报表，因此 AI 会先展示明细和总额，等你同意。
安装时关闭：lightspeed_retail_return_sale、lightspeed_retail_delete_product 和 lightspeed_retail_delete_customer。它们无法撤销，因此在团队需要时由工作区管理员开启。
数据格式：响应把记录包在 data 中。ID 是 UUID。金额是店铺币种的小数。销售包含 totals（不含税的 price、tax、price_incl_tax）；每条明细中，pricing.price 是不含税单价，pricing.total 是折扣后的明细合计，pricing.cost_total 是成本，tax.amount 和 tax.total 分别是单件税额和明细税额。税率为小数（0.2 = 20%）。时间为 UTC（ISO 8601）：date_from/date_to 使用 UTC，time_from/time_to 使用本地时间并配合 timezone。销售的 state 为 closed、parked、pending（挂账或预付定金）或 voided。
分页：大多数列表按版本分页：响应中的 version 包含 min 和 max，AI 把 max 作为 after 传入以获取下一页，data 为空时停止。lightspeed_retail_search 和 lightspeed_retail_list_inventory_levels 用 offset 分页；礼品卡用 before。
限制和常见错误：每台收银台每 5 分钟约 300 个请求，另加 50；超出时 Lightspeed 返回带 Retry-After 的 429。401 表示令牌错误或已过期，或域名前缀不对。403 表示令牌所属用户无权执行该操作，因为个人令牌以其用户身份执行：请用管理员创建令牌。所有调用都返回 404 说明 LIGHTSPEED_DOMAIN_PREFIX 有误（只填 .retail.lightspeed.app 之前的部分）；只有单条记录返回 404 则是 ID 错误。422 是校验错误，会指明出错的字段。
使用安装时开启的工具，连接器不会办理退货，也不会删除任何内容。采购单、价格表、促销、店铺余额和礼品卡只读不改；向供应商的新订货以 consignment 的形式创建。

步骤 3 — 在 ChatGPT 中添加连接器
你的服务器 URL： 在 AnythingMCP 中打开 MCP Servers → 此连接器所在的服务器，复制它的 URL（
https://cloud.anythingmcp.com/mcp/…）。本指南中出现YOUR_SERVER_ID的地方都用它替换。
ChatGPT 在网页版的 Plugins 页面把 MCP 服务器添加为插件，仅付费套餐可用，不再需要开发者模式。在 Business 工作区中只有管理员和所有者可以添加；在 Enterprise 和 Edu 中，管理员可以授予 Create plugins with MCPs 权限。
- 前往 chatgpt.com/plugins，点击 Add，然后选择 Add custom MCP server。
