Lodgify + ChatGPT
使用 Lodgify 管理度假租赁：房源和房型、空房日历、每晚价格和报价、预订和咨询、与房客的消息会话、入住和退房、门锁密码以及预订状态变更。使用账户的 Public API 密钥。
前提条件
完整的设置说明已内置在连接器中 (在 store 中选择连接器时可见)。所需环境变量:

步骤 1 — 获取凭证
设置大约需要 2 分钟。只有 Lodgify 账户所有者能看到 API 密钥，所以需要所有者操作。
- 在 Lodgify（https://app.lodgify.com）中打开 Settings > Public API，复制 API 密钥。
- 把它粘贴到
LODGIFY_API_KEY。它通过X-ApiKey请求头发送。 - 安装连接器并运行
lodgify_list_properties检查密钥。
该密钥拥有账户的完全访问权限：所有使用此连接器的人都能处理账户中的每个房源、每笔预订和每个房客会话。
可读取的数据：
- 房源和房型：
lodgify_list_properties、lodgify_get_property、lodgify_list_property_rooms（价格、空房、报价和预订都需要的房型 id）、lodgify_get_room、某日期以来删除的房源，以及房源的附加项目和付款方式。 - 空房：整个账户、某个房源或某个房型在一段时间内的日历，可选包含占用这些日期的预订和关闭时段。
- 价格：每晚价格和每天的最短入住天数（
lodgify_get_rates_calendar）、价格设置（税费、费用、押金、取消规则、加人价格），以及lodgify_get_quote：包含房费、费用、税费、附加项目和优惠码的入住总价。 - 预订：
lodgify_list_bookings的stay_filter可选 Upcoming、Current、Historic、All，或与stay_filter_date搭配的 ArrivalDate 和 DepartureDate（例如今天到店的预订）；lodgify_get_booking返回房客、房间、总额、已付和待付金额、备注、门锁密码和消息会话；还有关联的渠道预订（Airbnb、Booking.com、Vrbo 等）、预订报价和给房客的付款链接。 - 收件箱：
lodgify_list_inbox（预订和咨询合在一起，按时间倒序）、lodgify_count_unread、lodgify_get_enquiry，以及用预订或咨询的thread_uid调用的lodgify_get_thread。
可写入的操作：
- 新预订：AI 先查
lodgify_get_room_type_availability和lodgify_get_quote，再调用lodgify_create_booking。Lodgify 在这一步会忽略状态，所以 AI 随后用lodgify_set_booking_booked确认预订，或用lodgify_set_booking_tentative暂留日期。传入from_enquiry_id时，现有咨询会转成该预订。 - 状态变更：
lodgify_decline_booking（日期重新空出）和lodgify_reopen_booking（回到 Open；Booked 状态的预订会释放其日期）。 - 入住和退房：
lodgify_update_key_codes设置房客可见的门锁或钥匙盒密码；lodgify_check_in_booking和lodgify_check_out_booking记录入住和退房时间。 - 消息：
lodgify_add_booking_messages和lodgify_add_enquiry_messages向会话中添加消息；类型Comment保存房客看不到的内部备注。lodgify_mark_booking_replied和lodgify_mark_booking_not_replied在收件箱中标记会话是否已回复。
发给房客的邮件：带 send_notification: true 的消息、lodgify_request_payment 以及状态变更时的 request_payment: true 都会给房客发邮件。AI 会在发送前向你展示内容，等你确认。
安装时关闭：没有。此连接器没有删除工具，被拒绝的预订可以用 lodgify_reopen_booking 重新打开。
数据格式：房源、房型和预订的 id 是整数；消息会话是 GUID（thread_uid）。日期为 YYYY-MM-DD；入住和退房时间为房源时区的 HH:mm:ss；修改时间为 ISO 8601。金额为房源货币（currency_code）的主单位（120.5 = 120.50）。预订状态为 Open（请求）、Tentative、Booked 或 Declined；source 表示渠道（Manual、AirbnbIntegration、BookingCom 等）。
分页：v2 列表使用 page（从 1 开始）和 size（默认 50）；传 include_count: true 时总数在 count 中返回。lodgify_list_inbox 使用 offset 和 limit，并返回 total。
常见错误：401 或 403 表示 API 密钥缺失或错误，404 表示 id 不存在，400 表示日期或参数无效（响应正文会说明是哪个）。429 是频率限制：AI 会等待后重试。
此连接器不修改价格或空房，不创建付款链接，不管理 Webhook，也不把预订移到回收站。

步骤 3 — 在 ChatGPT 中添加连接器
你的服务器 URL： 在 AnythingMCP 中打开 MCP Servers → 此连接器所在的服务器，复制它的 URL（
https://cloud.anythingmcp.com/mcp/…）。本指南中出现YOUR_SERVER_ID的地方都用它替换。
ChatGPT 在网页版的 Plugins 页面把 MCP 服务器添加为插件，仅付费套餐可用，不再需要开发者模式。在 Business 工作区中只有管理员和所有者可以添加；在 Enterprise 和 Edu 中，管理员可以授予 Create plugins with MCPs 权限。
- 前往 chatgpt.com/plugins，点击 Add，然后选择 Add custom MCP server。
- 填写名称，例如 Name:
Lodgify。 - 在 Connection 下的 Server URL 中填入
