Moss + Microsoft Copilot
Moss 支出管理（德国和欧洲）：来自公司卡、发票和报销的费用及其明细行和票据，钱包余额和银行交易，供应商、费用科目、增值税税率和成本中心。可以创建供应商和维度项；不能付款或审批任何内容。
前提条件
完整的设置说明已内置在连接器中 (在 store 中选择连接器时可见)。所需环境变量:
MOSS_KEY_ID, MOSS_SECRET_KEY
步骤 1 — 获取凭证
设置大约需要 5 分钟。你需要一位 Moss 管理员，以及用于确认新密钥的 Moss 手机应用。
- 以管理员身份登录 Moss，打开 Settings、Company Settings、API Keys（也可能显示为 Settings、Platform、API Keys）。
- 点击 Generate API Key，并在 Moss 手机应用中确认。
- 把 Key ID（以
kid_开头）复制到MOSS_KEY_ID，把 Secret Key（以sk_开头）复制到MOSS_SECRET_KEY。密钥只显示一次；丢失后请生成新密钥。 - 安装连接器并运行
moss_list_expenses：它会返回你最近的费用并确认密钥可用。
连接器在 Moss 的 /oauth2/token（客户端凭据）把密钥换成有效期一小时的令牌，并自动续期。由于创建和更新工具需要，它会申请包含 read 的 write 权限范围。如果 AI 只应读取，请关闭这些工具。
可读取的内容：费用（卡交易、发票和报销）及其明细行，净额、增值税和总额，每行的费用科目和增值税税率，状态、导出状态和供应商；附在费用上的文件（票据、发票 PDF），由 moss_search_files 列出，并由 moss_download_file 以附件形式交付；Moss 银行账户（钱包）及其资金类型、币种和状态，每个账户的余额和可用余额，以及某个记账日期范围内的银行交易（刷卡消费和退款、付款、取款、充值、还款，含记账日和起息日、交易对方和手续费）；供应商及其银行信息、增值税号、付款条件和默认记账设置；带科目编号的费用科目；增值税税率；付款条件及其到期和折扣规则；成本中心、成本载体、项目等会计维度及其维度项；用户及其团队、上级和角色；团队和部门。
筛选：费用可按类型（CARD_TRANSACTION、INVOICE、REIMBURSEMENT）、状态（例如 SUBMITTED、APPROVED、FLAGGED、REJECTED、REVIEWED、VERIFIED、COMPLETED）、导出状态（NOT_EXPORTED、READY_FOR_EXPORT、EXPORT_PENDING、EXPORTED、EXPORT_FAILED）、创建日期、费用日期或最后更新时间筛选，并可按状态、创建时间、本位币金额或费用时间排序。银行交易必须指定记账日期范围。只有同时传入明细行 id 时，才会列出明细行上的文件。
可写入的内容：moss_create_supplier、moss_create_dimension、moss_update_dimension、moss_create_dimension_item（例如新的成本中心）和 moss_update_dimension_item 会修改用于记账的主数据。它们在安装时即开启；AI 会先向你展示将要创建或修改的内容，等你同意，并传入 external_user_id（提出请求的人），以便 Moss 追溯更改。供应商和维度项可以设为 ACTIVE 或 DEACTIVATED；不提供删除。更新维度项时始终需要名称和状态，因此 AI 会为保持不变的内容发送当前值。创建超出默认数量的维度需要 Moss 的 Multiple Dimensions 模块。
安装时关闭：moss_update_supplier，因为它可能替换 Moss 支付该供应商发票所用的 IBAN。由管理员有意开启，开启后 AI 在调用前会展示旧值和新值。
金额和日期：金额是包含十进制字符串 amount 和 currency 的对象；homeAmount 以公司本位币计价。日期为 YYYY-MM-DD，时间戳为 UTC 的 ISO 8601。ID 为 UUID。
限制：列表每页最多返回 100 条（默认 50 条）；只要 meta.pagination.hasMore 为 true，AI 就会请求下一 page。ID 筛选最多接受 100 个 ID。Moss 允许每个组织每分钟 180 次读取和 20 次写入。
常见错误：401 表示密钥已被撤销或无法签发令牌：请检查 MOSS_KEY_ID 和 MOSS_SECRET_KEY。402 表示未订购某个 Moss 模块，例如 Multiple Dimensions。403 表示令牌缺少权限范围。409 表示该记录由已启用的会计集成管理。422 表示引用的 ID（费用科目、增值税税率、付款条件、团队）不存在或已停用。429 表示已达到速率限制：请等待 Retry-After。
连接器不能付款、审批、导出或删除任何内容，也不会创建费用或上传票据：Moss Public API 没有提供这类调用。

步骤 3 — 在 Microsoft Copilot 中添加连接器
你的服务器 URL： 在 AnythingMCP 中打开 MCP Servers → 此连接器所在的服务器，复制它的 URL（
https://cloud.anythingmcp.com/mcp/…）。本指南中出现YOUR_SERVER_ID的地方都用它替换。
Microsoft Copilot 通过在 Copilot Studio 中构建的智能体使用 MCP 服务器：把 AnythingMCP 作为工具添加到智能体，然后把智能体发布到 Microsoft 365 Copilot 和 Teams。Copilot Studio 从 Microsoft 的云端通过 Streamable HTTP 连接，AnythingMCP 支持这种方式。
- 在 Copilot Studio 中打开你的智能体（或新建一个），进入 Tools，选择 Add a tool → New tool → Model Context Protocol。
- 填写 Server name（例如
AnythingMCP）、说明连接器用途的 Server description，以及 Server URLhttps://cloud.anythingmcp.com/mcp/YOUR_SERVER_ID。Copilot Studio 根据描述决定何时调用该服务器。 - 身份验证选择 API key，把 Type 设为 Header，请求头名称填

这适用于哪个 Copilot？ 适用于工作中的 Microsoft 365 Copilot，通过 Copilot Studio 的智能体实现。面向个人账户的 Microsoft Copilot 应用无法添加自己的 MCP 服务器。
我需要什么？ 一个可以使用 Copilot Studio 的工作账户（许可证或试用版），用于构建智能体。在 Microsoft 365 Copilot 或 Teams 中使用它的人需要拥有该智能体的访问权限：把它共享给他们，或请管理员为整个组织发布。如果你的组织对 Power Platform 连接器设置了数据策略，这些策略同样适用于 MCP 服务器。
智能体不调用工具。 检查请求头名称是否正好是 X-API-Key，密钥是否属于与 URL 相同的 MCP 服务器，并把 Server description 写得具体：Copilot Studio 根据它决定何时调用服务器。每次修改后重新发布智能体；在已打开的对话中输入 "start over" 即可使用新版本。
