前提条件
完整的设置说明已内置在连接器中 (在 store 中选择连接器时可见)。所需环境变量:

步骤 1 — 获取凭证
设置大约需要 3 分钟。你需要 Motive（原 KeepTruckin）的管理员角色，才能在 Motive 控制台中创建公司 API key。
- 在 Motive 控制台中打开 Admin → Developers → API Access，创建一个公司 API key（company API key）。为它授予 read（读取）权限，以及 AI 需要查看的数据的权限范围：车辆、位置、用户、HOS、IFTA、燃油、检查、安全事件、故障码、资产和分组。也可以把 key 限定在部分分组；这样 AI 只能看到这些分组。
- 完整的 key 只显示一次，请在该对话框中复制它，然后粘贴到
MOTIVE_API_KEY：只粘贴 key 本身，不带空格，也不带X-Api-Key之类的请求头名称。AnythingMCP 会以X-Api-Key请求头发送它。 - 安装连接器，用
motive_list_vehicles检查连接。
Cloud 和自托管的方式相同：API key 是唯一的设置。
key 会过期且无法编辑：key 会按创建时选择的期限过期，Motive 会提前一周提醒管理员。权限范围之后无法更改：需要更多数据时，请创建新的 key 并粘贴到 MOTIVE_API_KEY。
ID：车辆、用户和资产都有 Motive 数字 ID。调度员使用的车号（“Truck 12”）是车辆的 number 字段；motive_lookup_vehicle 可以把它转换为 ID。司机是角色为 driver 的用户。
日期、时区和单位：日期筛选使用 YYYY-MM-DD，大多数报表默认覆盖最近 7 天；updated_after 接受 ISO 8601 时间戳。大多数工具允许 AI 选择时间戳的时区（以 X-Time-Zone 发送，例如 America/New_York），以及公制或英制单位（以 X-Metric-Units 发送：公里和升，或英里和加仑）。如果时区和单位很重要，请在提示中写明。motive_list_available_time 中的 Hours of Service 时长以秒为单位。
分页：列表默认每页 25 条，最多 100 条（per_page），通过 page_no 翻页。每个响应都带有包含 per_page、page_no 和 total 的 pagination；只要还有未看到的记录，AI 就会请求下一页。
位置历史：motive_get_vehicle_location_history 读取一辆车最多 3 个月的轨迹；时间范围短一些，回答更易读。Motive 在这个接口上最多接受 10 个并发请求。
部分数据需要相应硬件或套餐：AI 行车记录仪的安全事件（使用手机、安全带、跟车过近等）、通过 Vehicle Gateway 获取的位置（motive_list_vehicle_gateway_locations；装有其他 ELD 的车辆通过 motive_list_vehicle_locations 获取），以及装有资产网关（asset gateway）的挂车位置。
不支持欧盟账号：连接器调用 https://api.gomotive.com；Motive 欧盟平台上的账号使用另一个主机。
常见错误：401 表示 Motive 拒绝了 key：没有完整复制、已过期或已撤销，或者连同请求头名称 X-Api-Key 一起粘贴了。403 表示 key 有效，但缺少该数据的权限范围：请创建带有该权限范围的新 key。404 表示没有该 ID 的记录：请使用数字 ID，而不是车号或司机姓名。Motive 对该 key 限流时，请等一分钟，少请求几页后再试。
可读取的内容：车辆，包括 VIN、品牌、型号、车牌、燃油类型、ELD 设备和司机；每辆车和每位司机的当前位置，以及一辆车在某段时间内的行驶路线；司机、车队用户和管理员；Hours of Service 剩余时间（谁今天还能开车、还能开多久）、每日日志和违规；按州或省统计的 IFTA 行程和里程；加油记录；检查报告（DVIR）及其缺陷；安全事件，包括辅导状态和媒体链接；发动机故障码；驾驶时段，包括个人用车（personal conveyance）、场内移车（yard move）和未识别驾驶；挂车和其他资产及其最后位置；以及车队划分的分组。
只读：所有工具都只读取，安装时没有默认关闭的工具。Motive 中的任何内容都不会被更改：不包含创建或编辑车辆、用户、分组、地理围栏、加油记录或检查报告，也不包含给司机发消息、派车和发动机防盗锁止指令。

步骤 3 — 在 ChatGPT 中添加连接器
你的服务器 URL： 在 AnythingMCP 中打开 MCP Servers → 此连接器所在的服务器，复制它的 URL（
https://cloud.anythingmcp.com/mcp/…）。本指南中出现YOUR_SERVER_ID的地方都用它替换。
ChatGPT 在网页版的 Plugins 页面把 MCP 服务器添加为插件，仅付费套餐可用，不再需要开发者模式。在 Business 工作区中只有管理员和所有者可以添加；在 Enterprise 和 Edu 中，管理员可以授予 Create plugins with MCPs 权限。
- 前往 chatgpt.com/plugins，点击 Add，然后选择 Add custom MCP server。
- 填写名称，例如 Name:
Motive。 - 在 Connection 下的 Server URL 中填入
https://cloud.anythingmcp.com/mcp/YOUR_SERVER_ID，Authentication 保持为 OAuth。 - 选择 I understand and want to continue，然后点击 Create as a plugin。ChatGPT 提示时，登录 AnythingMCP 并允许访问。
