n11 + Claude
n11 卖家集成 API（土耳其）：商品的创建、更新、价格和库存任务及其结果，类目树和属性，以发货包裹形式管理的订单（确认、拆分、取件和发票链接），退货申请和买家提问。删除商品和拒绝退货在安装时默认关闭。
前提条件
完整的设置说明已内置在连接器中 (在 store 中选择连接器时可见)。所需环境变量:

步骤 1 — 获取凭证
设置大约需要 5 分钟。你需要一个 n11 卖家账号。
- 登录 n11 卖家后台（so.n11.com），打开 Hesabım > API Hesapları（账户 > API 账户）。如果还没有 API 账户，就创建一个。
- 把 API anahtarı（密钥）复制到
N11_APP_KEY，把 API şifresi（密码）复制到N11_APP_SECRET。 - 安装连接器并运行
n11_list_products：它会列出你的商品，并确认这对密钥可用。
使用哪个 API：https://api.n11.com 上的 n11 卖家集成 API（文档在 developer.n11.com）。商品、价格和库存、类目和订单走 n11 当前的 REST 服务，密钥和密码放在 appkey 和 appsecret 请求头中。退货、买家提问和发票链接只有 n11 的 SOAP 服务提供；在那里连接器会替你把密钥和密码写进请求。自 2025 年 8 月 15 日起，类目服务也需要密钥。
可读取的内容：你的商品，包括 n11 商品 id、库存编码（stock code）、标题、类目、product main id（分组）、状态、销售状态、价格、库存、增值税率和佣金率、属性和图片，可按库存编码、分组编码、销售或审核状态、品牌或类目筛选（productStatus 为 InApproval 表示 n11 在等你处理，CatalogRejected 会附带 rejectInfo）；完整的类目树，以及末级类目的属性和允许值；商品任务的结果；以发货包裹形式返回的订单，包括订单号、状态、买家、账单和收货地址、物流公司和跟踪号、约定发货日期和订单行（orderLineId、商品、库存编码、数量、价格、折扣、sellerInvoiceAmount、佣金）；退货申请，包括原因、订单号、商品、数量、价格、买家和物流跟踪，以及暂缓或拒绝时可选的原因；买家提问，包括买家、商品、提问和回答日期。
每次商品写入都是一个任务：n11_create_products、n11_update_products（状态设为 Suspended 即下架）、n11_update_price_and_stock 和 n11_delete_products 每次最多处理 1,000 个库存编码，返回任务 id 和状态 IN_QUEUE（或带原因的 REJECT）。随后 AI 会反复调用 n11_get_task_details，直到状态变为 PROCESSED，再读取每个库存编码的 status（SUCCESS 或 FAIL）和 reasons。写入返回 200 只表示任务已排队。创建商品时，AI 选择末级类目（subCategories 为 null），并提交所有必填属性：isCustomValue 为 false 时用 valueId，否则用 customValue；相同的 productMainId 把变体归为一组。
订单：新包裹的状态是 Created。n11_approve_order_lines 把订单行改为 Picking；你在 cargoTrackingNumber 中填入 n11 物流活动码发货，之后包裹变为 Shipped 和 Delivered。处于 Picking 的包裹可以按订单行拆分（n11_split_package）或按数量拆分（n11_split_package_by_quantity），也可以同时取消部分数量，原因代码为 61 缺货、62 有瑕疵、63 价格错误、64 不可抗力、65 其他。大件商品用 n11_create_collection_request 预约取件，珠宝类订单行用 n11_send_labor_costs 提交加工费，n11_send_invoice_link 保存发票链接（micro 为 true 的 e-export 订单还需提供发票号和发票日期）。
退货和提问：n11_list_claim_returns 默认显示 REQUESTED 的退货（ALL 表示全部状态；按订单号查找时用 searchInfoType ORDERID）；n11_approve_claim_return 给买家退款，n11_postpone_claim_return 附上原因暂缓决定。n11_answer_product_question 每个问题只能回答一次，回答随即公开。
写入前先确认。 价格、库存、商品状态、订单确认、拆分和取消、退货和回答都会作用于线上店铺。每次调用前，AI 会先展示改动内容（库存编码及新旧价格或库存、订单行、回答文本），等你同意。
安装时关闭：n11_delete_products 和 n11_deny_claim_return。团队需要时由管理员开启。
数据格式：订单日期（startDate、endDate、lastModifiedDate、invoiceDateTime）是土耳其时间（UTC+3）的毫秒级时间戳，例如 1793318400000；SOAP 服务使用 dd/mm/yyyy。不指定日期时，包裹列表显示最近 15 天，更长的时间窗口会被截成 15 天。价格默认是 TL，除非 currencyType 为 USD 或 EUR；价格用小数点并保留两位小数，salePrice 不能高于 listPrice。orderNumber 和 n11ProductId 等 id 会随时间变长，请按字符串保存。2024 年 11 月之前的订单数据无法获取。
分页：REST 列表从第 0 页开始，并返回 totalPages；content 为空时 AI 停止翻页。商品每页最多 250 条，包裹 100 条，退货 20 条。
限制：订单列表每分钟最多 1,000 次请求，商品写入每次最多 1,000 个库存编码，提问列表每分钟只能调用一次。
常见错误：401（SellerApiUserUnauthorizedException）表示 n11 拒绝了密钥和密码：请从 Hesabım > API Hesapları 重新复制两者。403 Authentication failed 表示密钥和密码不匹配，或 API 账户未启用。状态为 failure 的 SOAP 响应会带有 n11 的 errorMessage。REJECT 的任务或 FAIL 的库存编码会列出原因，例如缺少必填属性。
本连接器不能生成物流面单，也不读取你在 n11 的回款和结算：没有对应的工具。

你的服务器 URL： 在 AnythingMCP 中打开 MCP Servers → 此连接器所在的服务器，复制它的 URL（
https://cloud.anythingmcp.com/mcp/…）。本指南中出现YOUR_SERVER_ID的地方都用它替换。
推荐路径：在 claude.ai web 上工作，无需触碰任何配置文件。
- 在 Claude 中打开 Customize → Connectors。
- 点击 +，然后点击 Add custom connector。
