Pancake + Meta Muse

前提条件
完整的设置说明已内置在连接器中 (在 store 中选择连接器时可见)。所需环境变量:
PANCAKE_PAGE_ID, PANCAKE_PAGE_ACCESS_TOKEN
步骤 1 — 获取凭证
设置大约需要 2 分钟。你需要一个能访问目标页面的 Pancake 账号：连接器使用页面 ID 和该页面的 Page Access Token。
- 登录 https://pages.fm，打开要连接的页面。
- 进入 Settings → Tools（越南语界面为 Cài đặt → Công cụ），把 Page Access Token 复制到
PANCAKE_PAGE_ACCESS_TOKEN。只粘贴令牌本身，前面不要带page_access_token=。 - 把页面 ID 填入
PANCAKE_PAGE_ID：即页面地址中 pages.fm/ 后面的部分，例如256469571178082。其他渠道的页面保留前缀，例如waba_102952029333366。 - 安装连接器并运行
pancake_list_tags：它会列出页面的标签，并确认令牌和页面 ID 是匹配的。
每个页面安装一次：Pancake 把一个页面的 Facebook、Instagram、Zalo、WhatsApp、TikTok 等渠道汇集到同一个收件箱，但在 Pancake 中连接的每个页面都有自己的 ID 和令牌。要处理多个页面，请为每个页面分别安装一次连接器。令牌在 Pancake 中被重新生成之前一直有效；它以查询参数 page_access_token 发送（这是 Pancake 唯一接受的方式），且只发往 pages.fm。
可读取的内容：页面的会话，每次 60 条，最近更新的在前：私信、帖子下的评论和直播评论，包含摘要、已读状态、客户、标签、负责员工和电话号码。此外还有单个会话的消息（每次 30 条，含附件）；页面的标签；员工及其在线状态；客户的姓名、性别、生日、电话、邮箱和备注；帖子的评论数、点赞数和收集到的电话号码；以及页面（按小时）、员工和标签的统计。
始终需要时间范围：客户、帖子、页面统计和标签统计都按带起止时间的范围读取（since 和 until），部分接口一次最多只接受大约一个月。你只需说本周或九月，AI 会自动算出时间范围。员工统计使用页面所在时区的日期范围（越南的页面为 UTC+7）；回答中的时间以 UTC 返回。
修改客户资料前会询问：在调用 pancake_update_customer（姓名、性别、生日或电话号码；新的号码列表会替换旧列表）之前，AI 会先展示要修改的内容，等你同意后再执行。pancake_tag_conversation、pancake_assign_conversation、pancake_mark_conversation_read、pancake_mark_conversation_unread 和 pancake_add_customer_note 只改动共享收件箱：客户看不到标签、分配、已读状态和备注，AI 会在你提出要求时使用它们。
安装时关闭：pancake_send_message、pancake_reply_comment 和 pancake_send_private_reply。它们会直接写给客户：收件箱里的消息、评论下所有看到帖子的人都能读到的公开回复，或在评论后 7 天内通过 Messenger 发给评论作者的私信。管理员需要有意识地开启它们，即便开启后，AI 也会先展示确切文本并等你同意。各渠道的规则同样适用：Facebook 和 Instagram 只允许在客户最后一条消息后的 24 小时内自由回复。
限制：Pancake 每个页面每秒最多 5 次请求。出现 429 时，放慢速度，稍等片刻再试。
常见错误：Pancake 对大多数错误返回 HTTP 200 和 success false；连接器会把它们转换为错误。Invalid access_token（错误 102）表示令牌错误、已被重新生成，或属于 PANCAKE_PAGE_ID 以外的其他页面。403 表示你在该页面的角色不允许此操作；查看统计需要有查看报表权限的角色。
该连接器不会列出你的页面或生成页面令牌，不上传媒体或发送图片，不发送 WhatsApp 模板消息，不编辑或删除备注，不修改轮流分配（round-robin）设置，也不处理广告、通话记录、数据导出、聊天插件、Webhook 或 Pancake POS（订单、商品和库存）。

步骤 3 — 在 Muse 中添加连接器
你的服务器 URL： 在 AnythingMCP 中打开 MCP Servers → 此连接器所在的服务器，复制它的 URL（
https://cloud.anythingmcp.com/mcp/…）。本指南中出现YOUR_SERVER_ID的地方都用它替换。
Muse 以自定义连接器的形式添加远程 MCP 服务器，并通过 OAuth 登录。
- 在 Muse 中打开 Settings → Connectors，选择 Add custom connector。
- 粘贴 MCP 服务器 URL
https://cloud.anythingmcp.com/mcp/YOUR_SERVER_ID。 - Muse 会打开 AnythingMCP 的登录页面：登录并批准访问。
- 在聊天中，向 Muse 提出需要用到
Pancake的工具的请求。

Meta 会审核这个连接器吗？ 不会。Meta 不审核自定义连接器。Muse 只能看到你在 AnythingMCP 中为此 MCP 服务器启用的工具，你也可以随时在 Settings → Connectors 中断开它。
