PlentyONE + Claude
PlentyONE（plentymarkets）电商 ERP：含订单行和地址的订单、订单状态和销售渠道、带价格、条码和文本的商品与变体、各仓库库存、类目、制造商、销售价格和联系人。创建商品和修改变体的功能已包含，但安装时处于关闭状态。
前提条件
完整的设置说明已内置在连接器中 (在 store 中选择连接器时可见)。所需环境变量:
PLENTYONE_URL, PLENTYONE_USERNAME, PLENTYONE_PASSWORD
步骤 1 — 获取凭证
设置大约需要 5 分钟。你需要一个套餐高于 Lite 的 PlentyONE 系统（原 plentymarkets），因为 Lite 没有 REST 访问权限，还需要一个拥有独立角色的专用 API 用户。
- 在 PlentyONE 中打开 Setup → Account management → Roles，为 AI 创建一个角色，切换到 Advanced，勾选它需要的 REST API 权限，例如 Items (show)、Stock management (show)、Categories (show)、Orders 和 Order statuses (show) 以及 CRM contacts (show)。默认情况下没有任何 REST 权限处于启用状态。
- 在 Setup → Account management → Accounts 下创建一个访问类型为 Only API user 的用户，为它分配该角色并设置密码。
- 把你的系统地址填入
PLENTYONE_URL，不要带/rest，例如https://p12345.my.plentysystems.com。PlentyONE 在 Setup → Client → Settings 中显示该地址，你也可以直接使用平时登录的地址。 - 把 API 用户的用户名填入
PLENTYONE_USERNAME，密码填入PLENTYONE_PASSWORD。 - 安装连接器并运行
plentyone_list_webstores：它会列出系统中的客户端（网店），并确认登录正常。
登录会自动续期：连接器用 API 用户登录，保存有效期 24 小时的访问令牌，到期后自动重新登录。PlentyONE 对每个用户的同时会话数有限制（默认 3 个，与后台共用），所以请使用专用的 API 用户，而不是某位员工的账号。
可读取的内容：订单及其地址、订单行、金额、付款、单据和发货包裹；订单状态和销售渠道（来源，如网店、Amazon、eBay 或 Otto）；商品及其变体（即可销售的 SKU），包括销售价格、条码、属性值、图片和供应商；各语言的商品名称和描述；各仓库库存；类目、制造商、计量单位、销售价格定义和联系人（客户、供应商、合作伙伴）；以及系统的客户端（网店）。
库存与订单：对每个变体和仓库，AI 能看到净库存（可销售的数量）、实物库存（货架上的数量）和预留库存（未完成订单占用的数量）。它可以按变体编号、编号的一部分、条码（EAN）、商品名称或类目查找变体，并按状态、销售渠道和日期筛选订单。长列表会分页返回，AI 会一直请求下一页，直到取全为止。
每项权限都很重要：API 用户只能看到其角色允许的范围。如果订单或联系人返回 403，响应中会写明缺少的权限，你把它加到角色里即可。
安装后为只读：在默认设置下，连接器只读取数据。你的订单、商品、库存、价格和联系人都不会被改动。
安装时关闭：plentyone_create_item 会创建一个带一个未启用变体的商品，plentyone_update_variation 会修改变体的名称、编号、型号、启用状态、重量或尺寸。两者都会改动为你的网店和各电商平台供数的线上商品目录，因此由管理员有意识地开启；即便开启后，AI 也会先展示改动内容，等你同意后再执行。
限制：在 Expand 和 Scale 套餐中，PlentyONE 允许每个用户每分钟约 200 次读取和 80 次写入，超出后返回 429。此时 AI 会等待一分钟再重试。
常见错误：401 表示用户名或密码错误，或该用户没有 API 访问权限。403 会在 missing_permissions 中列出缺少的权限，例如 order.show：把它加到该用户的角色中。如果每次调用都返回 404，说明 PLENTYONE_URL 填错了。
该连接器不会创建、修改或取消订单，不会记入库存变动，不会修改价格或联系人，也不会删除任何内容。
步骤 2 — 安装 adapter

步骤 3 — 在 Claude 中添加连接器
你的服务器 URL： 在 AnythingMCP 中打开 MCP Servers → 此连接器所在的服务器，复制它的 URL（
https://cloud.anythingmcp.com/mcp/…）。本指南中出现YOUR_SERVER_ID的地方都用它替换。
推荐路径：在 claude.ai web 上工作，无需触碰任何配置文件。
- 在 Claude 中打开 Customize → Connectors。
- 点击 +，然后点击 Add custom connector。
- 输入名称（例如
