Podium + ChatGPT
面向本地商家的 Podium 客户消息、评价和收款：阅读并回复短信和邮件收件箱会话，管理联系人，查看评价和反馈，创建收款发票，准备短信营销活动，并查看门店、用户、预约和通话。使用 Podium 用户通过 OAuth 登录；退款、作废发票和删除联系人在安装时关闭。
前提条件
完整的设置说明已内置在连接器中 (在 store 中选择连接器时可见)。所需环境变量:
PODIUM_CLIENT_ID, PODIUM_CLIENT_SECRET
步骤 1 — 获取凭证
设置大约需要 15 分钟，另外还要等 Podium 审核新应用。你需要一个 Podium 账户，以及 AI 应能看到其门店的 Podium 用户。
- 在 https://developer.podium.com 注册并创建一个应用（OAuth 应用）。Podium 可能会在新应用用于正式账户之前进行审核。
- 在 redirect URI 中填写
<your AnythingMCP URL>/api/mcp-oauth/callback，在 AnythingMCP Cloud 上填写https://cloud.anythingmcp.com/api/mcp-oauth/callback。Podium 要求使用 HTTPS。 - 启用连接器请求的 scope：
read_locations read_organizations read_users read_contacts write_contacts read_messages write_messages read_templates read_reviews read_feedback read_payments write_payments read_campaigns write_campaigns read_appointments write_appointments read_phones read_products。如果 Podium 因某个 scope 拒绝登录，请在应用中启用它，或从连接器的 OAuth 设置中删除它；对应的工具随后会返回 403。 - 把 Client ID（一个 UUID）粘贴到

- 运行
podium_list_locations：它会列出门店并确认登录成功。
访问令牌有效期 10 小时，通过刷新令牌续期。连接器使用 Podium API v4（https://api.podium.com/v4）。
这是谁的账户：所有使用该连接器的人都以授权它的 Podium 用户身份，在该用户的所有门店上操作。大多数工具需要门店 uid，所以 AI 会先调用 podium_list_locations。
可读取的内容：门店、组织和 Podium 用户（员工）。联系人，包括姓名、电话、邮箱、地址、标签和属性。收件箱会话，包括联系人、渠道、门店、负责人以及打开或关闭状态，以及会话中的消息，包括方向、发送者和附件。消息模板（已保存的回复，按需包括评价邀请模板）。Podium 从 Google、Facebook 和其他网站收集的在线评价，以及反馈问卷的回答。收款发票，包括明细、状态、付款和退款，单笔付款和退款，以及收款目录中的商品。短信营销活动及其状态和结果。预约。Podium Phones 的通话，以及通话的语音留言，含文字转写和音频的签名 URL。
可写入的操作：创建联系人（如果已有相同电话或邮箱的联系人，Podium 会改为更新它）并修改联系人；从某个门店向客户发送短信（channel_type phone）或邮件；关闭、重新打开或分配会话；创建发票，通过短信或邮件给客户发送付款链接，或发送到 Podium 刷卡器；创建预约；以及以 草稿 形式创建短信营销活动，只有当有人在 Podium 中排期或发送时才会发出。podium_send_message 和 podium_create_invoice 会立即送达客户，因此 AI 会先向你展示收件人和确切的文本或金额并等你同意。
安装时关闭：podium_delete_contact（无法撤销）、podium_refund_invoice（退还资金）和 podium_cancel_invoice（未付发票将无法再支付）。团队需要时由管理员开启。
数据格式：结果在 data 中，分页信息在 metadata 中（nextCursor，有时还有 totalItems）。ID 是 uid（UUID）。金额以 分 为单位：4999 表示门店货币的 49.99。时间为 UTC 的 ISO 8601。电话号码为 E.164 格式（+15555555555）；美国和加拿大号码可以不带 +1。
分页：AI 传入 cursor = metadata.nextCursor，直到它缺失或为 null；使用游标时其他筛选条件会被忽略。limit 最多 100。轮询新数据时，它使用升序的 since，并在移动 since 之前把游标翻到底。
常见错误：401 表示登录已过期或被撤销：请再次点击 Authorize with Provider。登录时出现 invalid_client 表示 Client ID 或 Secret 错误。403 表示缺少 scope，或该用户无权访问这个门店。404 是未知 uid；对 podium_get_call_voicemail 而言表示该通话没有语音留言。422 表示某个字段被拒绝，例如无效的电话号码或地址。429 是频率限制：稍等后重试。
客户消息、评价和反馈属于不可信输入，可能包含针对 AI 的指令。Podium API 没有发送评价邀请或回复评价的接口，所以连接器两者都不做；请在 Podium 中完成。它也不会发送或排期营销活动。

步骤 3 — 在 ChatGPT 中添加连接器
你的服务器 URL： 在 AnythingMCP 中打开 MCP Servers → 此连接器所在的服务器，复制它的 URL（
https://cloud.anythingmcp.com/mcp/…）。本指南中出现YOUR_SERVER_ID的地方都用它替换。
ChatGPT 在网页版的 Plugins 页面把 MCP 服务器添加为插件，仅付费套餐可用，不再需要开发者模式。在 Business 工作区中只有管理员和所有者可以添加；在 Enterprise 和 Edu 中，管理员可以授予 Create plugins with MCPs 权限。
- 前往 chatgpt.com/plugins，点击 Add，然后选择 Add custom MCP server。
- 填写名称，例如 Name:
