Productboard + ChatGPT
通过 REST API v2 使用 Productboard 进行产品管理：以带自定义字段和关系的实体形式读取和编辑产品、组件、功能、举措、目标和关键结果、发布、公司和用户，记录和搜索客户反馈笔记并关联到功能，以及查询成员和团队。
前提条件
完整的设置说明已内置在连接器中 (在 store 中选择连接器时可见)。所需环境变量:

步骤 1 — 获取凭证
设置大约需要 2 分钟。你需要一个 Pro 或更高套餐的 Productboard 工作区。
- 在 Productboard 中打开 Settings > Integrations > Public APIs > Access Token，点击 + 创建令牌。请立即复制：它只显示一次。
- 把它粘贴到
PRODUCTBOARD_API_TOKEN，不要带Bearer前缀。它以Authorization: Bearer <token>的形式发送，并以创建它的成员的权限执行操作，因此工作区管理员或 maker 的令牌能看到最多的数据。 - 安装连接器并运行
productboard_list_entity_configurations：它会确认令牌，并列出你工作区的实体类型。
仅 API v2：连接器使用 Productboard REST API v2（https://api.productboard.com/v2）。API v1 已于 2026 年 4 月弃用，并于 2026 年 7 月 8 日停止服务。
一切都是实体：产品、组件、功能、子功能、举措、目标、关键结果、发布、发布组、用户和公司（以及工作区中存在的竞争对手和任务）都是带 type 的实体。客户反馈存放在笔记中。
先了解工作区：每个工作区的字段都不同。productboard_list_entity_configurations 和 productboard_get_entity_configuration 显示某个类型的全部字段（name、description、status、owner、timeframe、teams、tags 等标准字段，以及以 UUID 为键的自定义字段）、哪些是必填项以及各自支持的 patch 操作。productboard_list_note_configurations 对笔记做同样的事，productboard_list_field_values 列出选择、标签或状态字段的可选值。

productboard_list_notes按日期、负责人、创建者、来源系统、已处理或已归档状态筛选；productboard_search_notes把全文搜索与标签、客户和关联功能结合起来；productboard_get_note和productboard_list_note_relationships查看单条笔记、它的客户和关联的功能。 - 人员：工作区成员用
productboard_list_members和productboard_get_member，团队用productboard_list_teams和productboard_list_team_members。
可以写入的内容：
productboard_create_entity用type和fields创建功能、组件、举措、目标、关键结果、发布、公司等；父级通过relationships设置，例如[{"type": "parent", "target": {"id": "<component id>"}}]。productboard_update_entity用fields覆盖值，或对标签、团队等列表执行patch操作（set、addItems、removeItems、clear）。productboard_set_entity_parent把实体移到另一个父级下；productboard_create_entity_relationship添加link、isBlockedBy或isBlocking关系。productboard_create_note把反馈记录到 Insights 收件箱，包含标题、正文、标签、负责人、来源记录、客户和关联功能；productboard_update_note修改笔记（例如标记为已处理）；productboard_link_note把笔记关联到功能或设置它的客户。
无需关闭，也没有删除：连接器根本没有删除工具，因此安装时也没有关闭任何工具。在 API v2 中删除一个实体会同时删除它的所有子级，所以删除操作留在 Productboard 应用中完成。
数据格式：引用都是对象：负责人写作 {"email": "[email protected]"} 或 {"id": "<uuid>"}，状态写作 {"name": "In progress"}，标签写作 [{"name": "Q4"}]。timeframe 的形式为 {"startDate": "2026-10-01", "endDate": "2026-12-31", "granularity": "month"}。笔记的 content 和富文本字段接受简单 HTML 或纯文本。列表返回 data，每个条目包含 id、type、fields、links.html、createdAt 和 updatedAt。所有 ID 都是 UUID，时间为 UTC 的 ISO 8601。没有 members:pii:read 权限时，负责人的邮箱显示为 [redacted]。
分页：当 links.next 存在时，AI 从该 URL 中取出 pageCursor 的值作为 page_cursor 传入；links.next 为 null 时停止。
限制和常见错误：每个令牌每秒 50 次请求；429 会带上 Retry-After。401 表示令牌错误或已撤销，403 表示令牌所属成员没有该数据的权限，400 或 422 表示字段或类型未知：错误信息会说明工作区接受哪些值，AI 会对照配置检查。
该连接器不删除实体或笔记，不修改工作区的设置、字段或状态，也不使用已停用的 API v1。
步骤 2 — 安装 adapter

步骤 3 — 在 ChatGPT 中添加连接器
你的服务器 URL： 在 AnythingMCP 中打开 MCP Servers → 此连接器所在的服务器，复制它的 URL（
https://cloud.anythingmcp.com/mcp/…）。本指南中出现YOUR_SERVER_ID的地方都用它替换。
ChatGPT 在网页版的 Plugins 页面把 MCP 服务器添加为插件，仅付费套餐可用，不再需要开发者模式。在 Business 工作区中只有管理员和所有者可以添加；在 Enterprise 和 Edu 中，管理员可以授予 Create plugins with MCPs 权限。
- 前往 chatgpt.com/plugins，点击 Add，然后选择 Add custom MCP server。
- 填写名称，例如 Name:
Productboard。 - 在 Connection 下的 Server URL 中填入
