QLS + Microsoft Copilot

前提条件
完整的设置说明已内置在连接器中 (在 store 中选择连接器时可见)。所需环境变量:
QLS_USERNAME, QLS_PASSWORD
步骤 1 — 获取凭证
设置大约需要 5 分钟。你需要一个 mijn.pakketdienstqls.nl 账号。
- QLS 用 HTTP Basic 和 mijn.pakketdienstqls.nl 门户的登录信息认证 API。如果你的账号允许，请为 API 单独建一个用户（联系 QLS IT 支持 [email protected]），这样某位同事改密码时连接器不会失效。
- 把用户名（通常是邮箱地址）填入
QLS_USERNAME，密码填入QLS_PASSWORD。 - 安装连接器并运行
qls_list_companies。它返回公司 id（UUID），其他所有工具都以company_id使用它；qls_get_company显示单个公司。
使用哪个 API：https://api.pakketdienstqls.nl 上的 QLS Fulfilment and Parcel Service API（OpenAPI 在 https://api.pakketdienstqls.nl/swagger/）。QLS 提供 v1 和 v2；连接器在 QLS 提供 v2 的地方（创建发货、退货、采购单）用 v2，其余用 v1。
需要先拿到的 id：qls_list_companies 的公司 id；qls_list_brands 的品牌 id（品牌带有发件、退货和报关地址，发货和下单都需要）；qls_list_shipping_products 的配送产品，其中 combinations[].id 即 product_combination_id，options[].tag 是配送选项，另有按国家和重量段的价格以及最大尺寸。自提点来自 qls_list_service_points，或针对单个配送产品的 qls_list_product_service_points；把它们的 servicepoint_code 填到发货或订单上。
可读取的内容：包裹发货及其状态（created、printed、pre_transit、in_transit、delivered、returned_to_sender）、条码、跟踪 id 和跟踪链接，可按参考号、条码、状态、品牌、收件人字段、日期或关键词筛选；单票发货的重量，以及设置 with_label 时的 PDF 和 ZPL 面单链接；包裹的退货发货；履约订单的状态、订购、预留和已发数量、收件人、配送批次和已出库的发货；履约商品的 EAN、SKU、货号、价格、库存合计和库位（区、货架、层、保质期）；按商品的库存（总数、预留、可用、可售、已售、缺货、在途、预测）和带批次的库位库存；缺货单；退货的状态、消费者、原发货和原订单以及退回商品和原因；采购单（预告的入库到货）的状态、商品、供应商和到货批次，包括在途的采购单；供应商。
可写入的内容：qls_create_shipment 向承运商预订包裹，返回条码、跟踪链接和 label_pdf_url；发件和退货地址默认取品牌的地址。qls_create_fulfillment_order 让 QLS 从你的库存拣货、打包并发出。qls_update_fulfillment_order 可以暂停或放行订单，或修改处理日期、参考号、备注或自提点。qls_create_fulfillment_product 和 qls_update_fulfillment_product 维护商品；qls_create_return_from_order 预报退货；qls_create_purchase_order 预报到仓的货物。发货会产生费用，履约订单会发出真实库存，所以每次写入前 AI 会先展示收件人、商品和数量以及配送产品，等你同意。
安装时关闭：qls_delete_fulfillment_product 和 qls_cancel_fulfillment_order，两者都无法撤销。团队需要时由管理员开启。
数据格式：每个响应都包装为 {"meta": {"code": 200}, "errors": [], "data": ..., "pagination": ...}，数据位于 data。重量单位为克，价格和货到付款金额为欧元，尺寸为毫米。公司、品牌、订单、商品和发货的 id 是 UUID 字符串；配送产品和组合的 id 是整数。履约订单状态为 error_validation、concept、received、pending、partically_sent（QLS 的拼写）和 sent。库存和采购单的日期筛选使用 d-m-Y H:i（例如 1-10-2026 00:00），其他日期筛选使用日期或日期时间，如 2026-10-01 00:00:00。
分页：列表每页最多返回 100 条。pagination 包含 page、pageCount、count 和 nextPage；只要 nextPage 为 true，AI 就会继续请求下一 page。
常见错误：401 表示用户名或密码错误，它们就是 mijn.pakketdienstqls.nl 的登录信息。404（Niet Gevonden）表示 id 不存在或公司 id 不属于你：请从列表工具获取 id。422 或非空的 errors 列表表示校验问题；QLS 用荷兰语返回错误。
本连接器不能取消包裹发货，不读取 QLS 账单，也不修改品牌和公司设置：没有对应的工具。

步骤 3 — 在 Microsoft Copilot 中添加连接器
你的服务器 URL： 在 AnythingMCP 中打开 MCP Servers → 此连接器所在的服务器，复制它的 URL（
https://cloud.anythingmcp.com/mcp/…）。本指南中出现YOUR_SERVER_ID的地方都用它替换。
Microsoft Copilot 通过在 Copilot Studio 中构建的智能体使用 MCP 服务器：把 AnythingMCP 作为工具添加到智能体，然后把智能体发布到 Microsoft 365 Copilot 和 Teams。Copilot Studio 从 Microsoft 的云端通过 Streamable HTTP 连接，AnythingMCP 支持这种方式。
- 在 Copilot Studio 中打开你的智能体（或新建一个），进入 Tools，选择 Add a tool → New tool → Model Context Protocol。
- 填写 Server name（例如
AnythingMCP）、说明连接器用途的 Server description，以及 Server URLhttps://cloud.anythingmcp.com/mcp/YOUR_SERVER_ID。Copilot Studio 根据描述决定何时调用该服务器。 - 身份验证选择 API key，把 Type 设为 Header，请求头名称填

这适用于哪个 Copilot？ 适用于工作中的 Microsoft 365 Copilot，通过 Copilot Studio 的智能体实现。面向个人账户的 Microsoft Copilot 应用无法添加自己的 MCP 服务器。
我需要什么？ 一个可以使用 Copilot Studio 的工作账户（许可证或试用版），用于构建智能体。在 Microsoft 365 Copilot 或 Teams 中使用它的人需要拥有该智能体的访问权限：把它共享给他们，或请管理员为整个组织发布。如果你的组织对 Power Platform 连接器设置了数据策略，这些策略同样适用于 MCP 服务器。
智能体不调用工具。 检查请求头名称是否正好是 X-API-Key，密钥是否属于与 URL 相同的 MCP 服务器，并把 Server description 写得具体：Copilot Studio 根据它决定何时调用服务器。每次修改后重新发布智能体；在已打开的对话中输入 "start over" 即可使用新版本。
