Quaderno + ChatGPT
在 AI 中使用 Quaderno 的税务和开票功能：计算任意地区的销售税、增值税和 GST，验证增值税号，搜索联系人、发票、贷记单、报价单、费用和产品，开具发票并通过邮件发送，以及申请税务报表。
前提条件
完整的设置说明已内置在连接器中 (在 store 中选择连接器时可见)。所需环境变量:
QUADERNO_ACCOUNT_NAME, QUADERNO_API_KEY
步骤 1 — 获取凭证
- 登录
https://quadernoapp.com，打开 Profile → API keys（https://quadernoapp.com/users/api-keys）。 - 把以
sk_开头的 私钥 复制到QUADERNO_API_KEY。可公开密钥（pk_）在这里不能用。密钥作为 HTTP Basic 的用户名发送，密码为空，只发给你的 Quaderno 账户。 - 同一页面会显示你的 API 地址，例如
https://acme-1234.quadernoapp.com/api/。把.quadernoapp.com前面的部分（这里是acme-1234）填入QUADERNO_ACCOUNT_NAME，然后安装连接器。 - 用
quaderno_ping检查设置：它会确认密钥有效，并显示当前时间窗口内剩余的请求次数。
开具和发送发票都需经你同意：已开具的发票是正式的税务凭证。Quaderno 会按顺序编号，发票无法删除，只能在 Quaderno 应用中作废或用贷记单冲销。调用 quaderno_create_invoice 之前，AI 会给你看客户、明细、价格和币种。quaderno_deliver_invoice 会立即把发票通过邮件发给客户且无法撤回，调用之前 AI 会告诉你哪张发票发往哪个地址。quaderno_create_contact 和 quaderno_request_report 也会先问你。创建发票并不会发送它。quaderno_delete_contact 在安装时处于关闭状态。
税额计算：quaderno_calculate_tax 返回销往任意地区的销售税、增值税或 GST：税种名称、税率、税额、小计和总计、精确到城市的税务管辖区，以及诸如对有效欧盟增值税号适用反向征税之类的提示。它只计算，不记录任何内容。quaderno_validate_tax_id 会在所属国家的官方登记库中核验增值税号或企业编号（欧盟 VIES、英国、瑞士、魁北克、澳大利亚、新西兰）。
可以读取的内容：联系人、发票、贷记单、报价单（Quaderno 称为形式发票）、费用、产品、税务管辖区和税码。税务报表（按管辖区汇总的已收税款以便申报、发票清单或贷记单清单）在后台生成：AI 按期间申请报表，反复查看直到生成完成，再把下载链接交给你。
敏感数据：发票和联系人包含客户的姓名、地址和税号，也是税务记录。只与负责开票的人共享。
金额：以 _cents 结尾的字段以分为单位（12345 即 123.45）；价格和税额计算结果以货币单位表示。
速率限制：每 15 秒 100 次调用。返回 429 时请等待时间窗口重置。
常见错误：401 Wrong API key or the user does not exist：密钥错误、用的是 pk_ 密钥，或密钥属于与 QUADERNO_ACCOUNT_NAME 不同的账户。406：值无效，例如未知的税码。422：单据无法这样创建，例如没有明细。
不包括：修改、作废发票或将其标记为坏账，登记付款，收据，周期性单据，交易，结账会话和优惠券，地点证据，Webhook，Sandbox 以及 Quaderno Connect 账户。

步骤 3 — 在 ChatGPT 中添加连接器
你的服务器 URL： 在 AnythingMCP 中打开 MCP Servers → 此连接器所在的服务器，复制它的 URL（
https://cloud.anythingmcp.com/mcp/…）。本指南中出现YOUR_SERVER_ID的地方都用它替换。
ChatGPT 在网页版的 Plugins 页面把 MCP 服务器添加为插件，仅付费套餐可用，不再需要开发者模式。在 Business 工作区中只有管理员和所有者可以添加；在 Enterprise 和 Edu 中，管理员可以授予 Create plugins with MCPs 权限。
- 前往 chatgpt.com/plugins，点击 +，然后选择 Add custom MCP server。
- 填写名称，例如 Name:
Quaderno。 - 在 Connection 下的 Server URL 中填入
