SAP Sales Cloud and Service Cloud (C4C) + Microsoft Copilot

前提条件
完整的设置说明已内置在连接器中 (在 store 中选择连接器时可见)。所需环境变量:

步骤 1 — 获取凭证
设置大约需要 10 分钟。你需要一个 SAP Sales Cloud 或 Service Cloud（Cloud for Customer，C4C）租户，以及一个使用 Basic 认证的用户，最好是技术集成用户。
- 推荐使用技术集成用户。在 C4C 中进入 Administrator > Integration > Communication Systems，创建一个通信系统。然后在 Communication Arrangements 下创建一个通信协议，场景选 OData Services for Business Objects，认证选 User ID and Password，并选择 OData 服务（至少
c4codataapi）。通信协议会显示用户 ID，密码也在那里设置。 - 也可以使用一个 Basic 认证的业务用户，其业务角色需授予对 AI 要查看的工作中心的读取权限。
- 把
SAP_C4C_HOST设为租户主机，例如my123456.crm.ondemand.com，不带 https://，也不带路径，并填写SAP_C4C_USER和SAP_C4C_PASSWORD。 - 安装连接器，用 top 1 运行
sap_c4c_list_accounts检查访问权限。
只读：连接器读取租户的标准 OData V2 API https://<tenant>.crm.ondemand.com/sap/c4c/odata/v1/c4codataapi，从不写入。SAP 每次调用都会检查用户的权限，因此 AI 只能看到通信协议或用户业务角色允许的内容。
可读取的内容：企业客户（客户和潜在客户）及其角色、状态、ABC 分类、行业、负责人、主地址、电话和电子邮件；联系人及其所属客户；线索及其生命周期状态、资格级别、来源和负责人；商机及其销售阶段、状态、成交概率、预期金额和预计成交日期，用于查看销售管道；销售报价及其净额和总额、有效期和所属商机；服务请求（工单）及其客户、联系人、状态、优先级、处理人、服务类别、到期日和 SLA 时间，用于查看服务积压；产品；以及员工，用于把负责人和处理人的 ID 转换为姓名。sap_c4c_guide 介绍工作流程，不消耗 API 调用。
其他任何实体集：通用 OData 工具可访问服务的其余部分。sap_c4c_list_services 显示服务所在位置，sap_c4c_describe_service 列出所有实体集（返回内容较大，缓存一天），sap_c4c_describe_entity 显示字段及其标签，sap_c4c_query 读取数据行，sap_c4c_get_entity 按 ObjectID 读取单条记录。
查询：过滤条件支持 eq、ne、ge、le、gt、lt、and、startswith 和 endswith；or 只能用于同一个字段。日期写作 datetimeoffset'2026-01-01T00:00:00Z'，EntityLastChangedOn 可找出某个时间点之后的变更。search 是 SAP 的全文搜索。记录以 ObjectID 为键；AccountID 或 ID 等业务编号是单独的字段。AI 通过 select 只请求所需字段。
限制：每页最多 1000 行（先 top，再 skip）；列表会返回总数。在大型数据集上 expand 较慢。
常见错误：401 表示用户名或密码错误，或用户被锁定。403 表示通信协议或用户的业务角色不包含该业务对象。每次调用都返回 404，通常是 SAP_C4C_HOST 填错了。400 会指出 API 不接受的字段或过滤条件；正确的字段名可用 sap_c4c_describe_entity 查看。

步骤 3 — 在 Microsoft Copilot 中添加连接器
你的服务器 URL： 在 AnythingMCP 中打开 MCP Servers → 此连接器所在的服务器，复制它的 URL（
https://cloud.anythingmcp.com/mcp/…）。本指南中出现YOUR_SERVER_ID的地方都用它替换。
Microsoft Copilot 通过在 Copilot Studio 中构建的智能体使用 MCP 服务器：把 AnythingMCP 作为工具添加到智能体，然后把智能体发布到 Microsoft 365 Copilot 和 Teams。Copilot Studio 从 Microsoft 的云端通过 Streamable HTTP 连接，AnythingMCP 支持这种方式。
- 在 Copilot Studio 中打开你的智能体（或新建一个），进入 Tools，选择 Add a tool → New tool → Model Context Protocol。
- 填写 Server name（例如
AnythingMCP）、说明连接器用途的 Server description，以及 Server URLhttps://cloud.anythingmcp.com/mcp/YOUR_SERVER_ID。Copilot Studio 根据描述决定何时调用该服务器。 - 身份验证选择 API key，把 Type 设为 Header，请求头名称填
X-API-Key，然后选择 Create。 - 在 Add tool 中选择 Create a new connection，粘贴 AnythingMCP 的 MCP API 密钥（MCP Servers → 你的服务器 → API keys），然后选择 Add to agent。
- 在智能体的 Test 窗格中试一试：提出需要用到
SAP Sales Cloud and Service Cloud (C4C)的工具的请求。 - 选择 Publish，然后进入 Channels → Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Teams，保持勾选 Make agent available in Microsoft Copilot，再选择 Add channel。See agent in Teams 会为你安装该智能体；在 Microsoft 365 Copilot 中输入 @ 并选择该智能体。

我需要什么？ 一个可以使用 Copilot Studio 的工作账户（许可证或试用版），用于构建智能体。在 Microsoft 365 Copilot 或 Teams 中使用它的人需要拥有该智能体的访问权限：把它共享给他们，或请管理员为整个组织发布。如果你的组织对 Power Platform 连接器设置了数据策略，这些策略同样适用于 MCP 服务器。
智能体不调用工具。 检查请求头名称是否正好是 X-API-Key，密钥是否属于与 URL 相同的 MCP 服务器，并把 Server description 写得具体：Copilot Studio 根据它决定何时调用服务器。每次修改后重新发布智能体；在已打开的对话中输入 "start over" 即可使用新版本。
