SAP Signavio + Meta Muse
读取 SAP Signavio Process Manager 工作区：文件夹、流程模型及其修订版本、以 Signavio JSON 或 BPMN 2.0 XML 导出、全文搜索和流程词典。使用技术用户通过会话登录。
前提条件
完整的设置说明已内置在连接器中 (在 store 中选择连接器时可见)。所需环境变量:
SIGNAVIO_URL, SIGNAVIO_EMAIL, SIGNAVIO_PASSWORD, SIGNAVIO_WORKSPACE_ID
步骤 1 — 获取凭证
- 在你的 SAP Signavio 工作区中创建一个使用电子邮件地址和 SAP Signavio 密码登录的技术用户，并为其分配免费的 API Edition 许可证。即使工作区启用了单点登录，这类用户也用自己的 SAP Signavio 密码登录，但不能使用网页界面。使用其他任何许可证的用户都会占用一个付费席位。如果工作区没有 API Edition 许可证，请向 SAP 支持申请。
- 为该用户授予 AI 需要查看的文件夹的读取权限。它只能看到文件夹权限允许的内容。
- 把
SIGNAVIO_URL设为你打开 Process Manager 时使用的主机，带https://，不带路径：欧盟https://editor.signavio.com，美国https://app-us.signavio.com，澳大利亚https://app-au.signavio.com，加拿大https://app-ca.signavio.com，日本https://app-jp.signavio.com，新加坡https://app-sgp.signavio.com，韩国https://app-kr.signavio.com。 - 把该用户的电子邮件地址填入
SIGNAVIO_EMAIL，把它的 SAP Signavio 密码填入SIGNAVIO_PASSWORD（不是你公司账号的单点登录密码）。 - 在 Process Manager 中打开 Help 菜单 → Workspace information，把 Workspace ID（32 个字符）复制到
SIGNAVIO_WORKSPACE_ID。这是必填项：缺少它，SAP Signavio 会拒绝登录。 - 安装连接器并运行
sap_signavio_list_root_directories。它会列出工作区的根文件夹（例如 Shared documents 和 My documents），说明登录成功。
登录方式：Process Manager API 没有 API 密钥。连接器以技术用户身份登录，用该会话发出调用，会话结束后会重新登录。
只读：这个首个版本只读取数据。AI 可以浏览文件夹，读取流程模型及其元数据和修订版本，导出模型并搜索工作区，但不能创建、修改、移动或删除模型、文件夹或词典条目。
可读取的内容：文件夹、流程模型（BPMN、EPC、价值链等）及其修订版本，覆盖模型、文件夹、图形、文件和评论的全文搜索，以及带分类的词典（组织单元、文档、活动、事件和 IT 系统）。AI 先调用 sap_signavio_list_root_directories，再用 sap_signavio_get_directory 逐层浏览文件夹，或用 sap_signavio_search 按名称或内容查找模型。
导出：sap_signavio_export_model_json 以 Signavio JSON 返回模型的最新修订版本，sap_signavio_export_model_bpmn 则以 BPMN 2.0 XML 返回。sap_signavio_get_revision_json 和 sap_signavio_get_revision_bpmn 对从 sap_signavio_list_model_revisions 中选出的旧修订版本做同样的事。大型图表的导出内容很大，所以 AI 会先读取 sap_signavio_get_model_info，只导出需要的模型。
限制：SAP 允许每个工作区每 60 秒 50 个请求、最多 5 个并行读取，因此大型文件夹树需要逐步浏览。搜索每次调用最多返回 250 条结果，词典最多返回 1,000 个条目。
常见错误：401 表示登录失败（请检查电子邮件、密码和 Workspace ID），或会话连续两次结束。403 表示该用户无权访问该文件夹。
Process Intelligence 和 Process Governance 使用单独的 API，不在本连接器范围内。

步骤 3 — 在 Muse 中添加连接器
你的服务器 URL： 在 AnythingMCP 中打开 MCP Servers → 此连接器所在的服务器，复制它的 URL（
https://cloud.anythingmcp.com/mcp/…）。本指南中出现YOUR_SERVER_ID的地方都用它替换。
Muse 以自定义连接器的形式添加远程 MCP 服务器，并通过 OAuth 登录。
- 在 Muse 中打开 Settings → Connectors，选择 Add custom connector。
- 粘贴 MCP 服务器 URL
https://cloud.anythingmcp.com/mcp/YOUR_SERVER_ID。 - Muse 会打开 AnythingMCP 的登录页面：登录并批准访问。
- 在聊天中，向 Muse 提出需要用到
SAP Signavio的工具的请求。
