前提条件
完整的设置说明已内置在连接器中 (在 store 中选择连接器时可见)。所需环境变量:
SEGMENT_API_HOST, SEGMENT_API_TOKEN
步骤 1 — 获取凭证
- 以 Workspace Owner 身份打开 Settings → Workspace settings → Access Management → Tokens（
https://app.segment.com/goto-my-workspace/settings/access-management/tokens），点击 Create Token。 - 选择 Public API 令牌，不要选 Config API 令牌。给它能满足需要的最小角色：只读取时用带只读角色（例如 Source Read-only 和 Tracking Plan Read-only）的 Workspace Member，只有要开启写入工具时才用 Workspace Owner。
- Segment 只显示一次令牌：请立即把它复制到
SEGMENT_API_TOKEN。它以 Bearer 令牌的形式只发送给 Segment。 - 按工作区所在区域设置
SEGMENT_API_HOST：美国工作区用https://api.segmentapis.com，欧盟工作区用https://eu1.api.segmentapis.com。令牌只能在自己的区域使用。 - 安装连接器并运行
segment_get_workspace检查连接。一个令牌只属于一个工作区，所以每个工作区安装一个连接器。
可读取的内容：来源（sources）、带 Actions 映射的目标（destinations）、带连接状态和最近同步记录的数据仓库（warehouses）、随时间变化的事件量、Delivery Overview（事件在哪一步被丢弃以及原因）、每个目标的投递指标、跟踪计划及其规则（Protocols）、Functions 及其代码、每日 API 调用量和 MTU 用量，以及记录谁改了什么的 Audit Trail。跟踪计划需要 Protocols，Functions 需要 Functions 功能，映射需要工作区开通 Destination Subscriptions。
密钥信息：通常存放目标和数据仓库凭据的设置字段（API 密钥、secret、令牌、密码）不会返回。但 segment_get_source 会返回来源的 write key，任何人拿到它都能向该来源发送数据。
限制：Segment 按令牌、IP 地址和端点限制请求数，超限时返回 429 并带有 Retry-After 头。有些端点更严格：数据仓库同步每分钟 2 次，事件量每分钟 60 次，跟踪计划规则和数据仓库连接状态每分钟 200 次。列表按每页最多 1,000 条返回，AI 会沿着 pagination.next 一直取，直到拿全为止。
安装时默认关闭：segment_update_source 和 segment_update_destination 用于重命名来源或目标，或者开启、关闭它们；被关闭的来源或目标会丢弃数据，直到重新开启。segment_delete_source 和 segment_delete_destination 无法撤销。这些工具需要管理者有意开启，即使开启后，AI 每次修改前也会先和你确认；删除要等你确认 id 和名称后才会执行。
常见错误：403 "Not authorized to perform this operation"：令牌错误或已撤销、属于另一个区域的工作区、是 Config API 令牌，或者其角色不覆盖该资源。401：没有发送令牌。404：该工作区中没有这个 id 的资源。422：缺少参数或参数无效，例如 Delivery Overview 的时间范围超过了该粒度允许的长度。如果提示与某项功能有关，说明工作区没有 Protocols、Functions 或 Destination Subscriptions。429：请按 Retry-After 给出的时间等待。
该连接器不发送事件：Segment 的 Tracking API 在另一个主机上使用来源的 write key。它也不会创建来源、目标或数据仓库，不涉及过滤器、转换、Reverse ETL、Engage 受众和 computed traits、访问管理、删除和屏蔽规则以及目录。

步骤 3 — 在 ChatGPT 中添加连接器
你的服务器 URL： 在 AnythingMCP 中打开 MCP Servers → 此连接器所在的服务器，复制它的 URL（
https://cloud.anythingmcp.com/mcp/…）。本指南中出现YOUR_SERVER_ID的地方都用它替换。
ChatGPT 在网页版的 Plugins 页面把 MCP 服务器添加为插件，仅付费套餐可用，不再需要开发者模式。在 Business 工作区中只有管理员和所有者可以添加；在 Enterprise 和 Edu 中，管理员可以授予 Create plugins with MCPs 权限。
- 前往 chatgpt.com/plugins，点击 +，然后选择 Add custom MCP server。
- 填写名称，例如 Name:
