signNow + ChatGPT
一个账户的 signNow 电子签名：浏览文件夹、文档和模板，查看签署邀请状态和文档历史，下载已签署的 PDF，从模板或文件创建文档，预填字段，发送基于角色、自由格式和文档组的签署邀请，提醒和取消。
前提条件
完整的设置说明已内置在连接器中 (在 store 中选择连接器时可见)。所需环境变量:

步骤 1 — 获取凭证
设置大约需要 3 分钟。你需要一个可以使用 API 的 signNow 账户；测试时免费的开发者账户（https://www.signnow.com/developers）就够了。
- 登录 signNow，打开 API Dashboard（
https://app.signnow.com/webapp/api-dashboard）。 - 打开 Apps and Keys，选择你的应用（或新建一个），在 API Keys 选项卡中复制密钥。
- 把它粘贴到
SIGNNOW_API_KEY，不要带Bearer，也不要有空格。连接器以Authorization: Bearer <key>的形式发送它。密钥不会过期；在控制台中删除密钥后，连接器即失去访问权限。 - 安装连接器并运行
signnow_get_user：它会显示密钥所属的账户，并确认密钥可用。
为什么用 API 密钥：signNow 还提供 password grant（仅限 API 应用的所有者）和 OAuth 2.0 authorization code 流程（用于代表其他 signNow 用户操作）。对于单个账户的自动化，signNow 推荐使用 API 密钥，这也是这里最简单的方式：无需刷新令牌，也无需保存密码。连接器以拥有该密钥的 signNow 用户身份操作。
可读取的内容：
- 账户和文件夹：
signnow_get_user、signnow_list_folders（根目录、Documents、Templates、Archive、Trash Bin 以及你自己的文件夹，附文档数量），以及列出某个文件夹中文档、模板和文档组的signnow_get_folder。可按签署状态（signed、pending、waiting-for-me、waiting-for-others、unsent、expired）或日期筛选；entity_type设为 template 时列出模板。 - 文档：
signnow_get_document（角色、字段、带状态的字段邀请、自由格式请求）、signnow_get_document_fields（已填写的值）、signnow_get_document_history（每个事件，含时间、邮箱、IP 地址和客户端应用）、signnow_list_free_form_invites和signnow_get_routing_details（模板的签署人角色，按签署顺序）。 - 文件：
signnow_download_document（一个扁平化的 PDF 或 ZIP，可在末尾附上历史记录）、signnow_get_download_link（无需登录的临时公开链接）和signnow_download_document_group（一个合并的 PDF 或 ZIP）。 - 文档组：
signnow_list_document_groups、signnow_get_document_group、signnow_get_document_group_recipients、signnow_get_group_invite（每一步的状态）、signnow_list_template_groups和signnow_get_template_group。
可执行的写入操作：
- 从模板发送：
signnow_create_document_from_template，可选用signnow_prefill_text_fields按字段名预填，然后用signnow_send_invite发送，每个角色一个to条目（“Signer 1”这样的角色名来自signnow_get_document）；或者用signnow_create_signing_link生成不经邮件的直接签署链接。 - 从新文件发送：
signnow_upload_document_from_url（check_fields为 true 时，文件中的文本标签会变成字段；make_template为 true 时保存为模板），需要时用signnow_update_document添加字段，再用signnow_send_invite发送。没有字段的文件用signnow_send_free_form_invite发送：每次调用一位签署人，由其在任意位置签名。signnow_create_template可把文档变成模板。 - 跟进：
signnow_resend_field_invite（提醒一位尚未签署的签署人）、signnow_cancel_invite、signnow_cancel_free_form_invite、signnow_move_document和signnow_create_folder。 - 文档组：
signnow_create_document_group、signnow_create_group_from_template、signnow_send_group_invite（分步骤签署，每一步指定要通知的邮箱以及 sign 或 view 操作）、signnow_resend_group_invite和signnow_cancel_group_invite。
签署邀请、提醒和文档组邀请都会以邮件发给真实的人，已签署的文档具有法律约束力。AI 会先向你展示文档、签署人及其角色和邮件内容，在你明确同意后才发送。from 必须是密钥所属 signNow 账户的邮箱。signnow_update_document 传入 fields 会替换文档的全部字段，因此 AI 会把需要保留的字段一并带上。已取消的邀请无法恢复。
安装时关闭的工具：signnow_delete_document（文档中待处理的邀请将失效）和 signnow_delete_document_group（文档本身会保留；有待处理邀请的文档组需先取消邀请）。这些操作无法撤销，因此由工作区管理员在团队需要时开启。
数据格式：ID 是 40 个字符的十六进制字符串。created 和 updated 是以秒为单位的 Unix 时间戳，常以字符串形式返回。template 为 true 时该文档是模板。字段邀请的 status：created（等待前一位签署人）、pending（待签署）、fulfilled（已签署）和 declined；自由格式邀请：pending、fulfilled、cancelled。字段坐标是距页面左上角的像素值，页码从 0 开始。
分页：signnow_get_folder 接受 limit（最多 100）和 offset，并返回 total_documents。文档组和文档组模板接受 limit（最多 50）和 offset；自由格式邀请接受 page 和 per_page（最多 100）。
常见错误：API 密钥错误、已删除或缺失时返回 400，附 invalid_token 和代码 1537；signNow 在这里不使用 401。403 表示密钥所属用户无权查看或执行该操作。404 Unable to find a route 表示 ID 未知或格式错误。带 errors 列表的 400 表示输入无效，例如未知角色、from 不是你的账户邮箱，或对没有字段的文档发送基于角色的邀请。遇到 429 时，AI 会等待后重试。signNow EU 服务器上的账户或较早的评估账户（api-eval.signnow.com）使用另一个 API 主机：此时请把连接器的基础 URL 改为该主机。
该连接器不会自行签署文档，不会从你的电脑上传文件（只能从公开 URL 上传），也不使用 OAuth 或 password grant。

步骤 3 — 在 ChatGPT 中添加连接器
你的服务器 URL： 在 AnythingMCP 中打开 MCP Servers → 此连接器所在的服务器，复制它的 URL（
https://cloud.anythingmcp.com/mcp/…）。本指南中出现YOUR_SERVER_ID的地方都用它替换。
ChatGPT 在网页版的 Plugins 页面把 MCP 服务器添加为插件，仅付费套餐可用，不再需要开发者模式。在 Business 工作区中只有管理员和所有者可以添加；在 Enterprise 和 Edu 中，管理员可以授予 Create plugins with MCPs 权限。
- 前往 chatgpt.com/plugins，点击 +，然后选择 Add custom MCP server。
- 填写名称，例如 Name:
signNow。 - 在 Connection 下的 Server URL 中填入
