前提条件
完整的设置说明已内置在连接器中 (在 store 中选择连接器时可见)。所需环境变量:

步骤 1 — 获取凭证
设置大约需要 2 分钟。你需要一个带 API 访问权限的 Smartsheet 套餐（Pro、Business、Enterprise 或 Advanced Work Management）。
- 登录 Smartsheet，点击左下角的账户图标，打开 Apps & Integrations（或 Personal Settings），然后打开 API Access。
- 点击 Generate new access token，起一个名字（例如 AnythingMCP）并复制令牌。令牌只显示一次。
- 把它粘贴到
SMARTSHEET_ACCESS_TOKEN，不要带Bearer一词。 - 把
SMARTSHEET_API_URL设为你账户所在区域的主机：app.smartsheet.com（US）用https://api.smartsheet.com/2.0，app.smartsheet.eu 用https://api.smartsheet.eu/2.0，app.smartsheet.au 用https://api.smartsheet.au/2.0，Smartsheet Gov 用https://api.smartsheetgov.com/2.0。令牌只能在其所属区域的主机上使用；在其他主机上 Smartsheet 会返回 401 “invalid access token”。 - 安装连接器并运行
smartsheet_get_current_user：它会显示令牌属于谁，并确认令牌可用。
以谁的权限运行：每次调用都以令牌所属用户的身份运行，使用该用户对各个表格的访问权限，令牌可以做该用户在 Smartsheet 中能做的一切。如果这一点很重要，请用一个只能访问 AI 应该看到的表格的专用用户来生成令牌。
可读取的内容：在用户能打开的所有内容中搜索（表格、报表、仪表板、文件夹、工作区和模板的名称、单元格数据、评论、附件和摘要字段），可用 scopes（例如 sheetNames）缩小范围；表格及其列（类型、下拉选项、主列）和行，每行包括行号、用于层级的父行以及以 value 和 displayValue 表示的单元格；单独一行；在一个表格内的文本搜索；表格摘要字段；单元格的修改历史，包括谁在何时修改；表格和行上的评论线程；附件，附带约 2 分钟有效的下载链接；工作区和文件夹及其内容；汇集多个表格行的报表，单元格按 virtualColumnId 标识；仪表板（API 中称为 sights）及其小组件；组织账户的用户（系统管理员可看到所有人，其他用户只能看到有限信息），以及某个项目与谁共享。
大表格：AI 先列出列以获取其 ID 和类型，然后读取一页行，或用 row_numbers、row_ids、column_ids 或 rows_modified_since 只读取部分行。
可写入的内容：smartsheet_add_rows 和 smartsheet_update_rows（只修改给定的单元格；位置字段会移动行），smartsheet_add_columns 和 smartsheet_update_column（更改列类型可能会转换或丢弃单元格值），在表格和行上新建评论线程及回复，在工作区或文件夹中用自定义列或复制模板、表格来新建表格，smartsheet_share_asset 和 smartsheet_create_update_request。这些工具在安装时即开启。带 send_email 的共享和更新请求会发送邮件，表格的关注者也可能收到新评论的通知，因此 AI 会先向你展示收件人、访问级别和内容，并等你同意。
写入单元格：单元格写作 {"columnId": <id>, "value": <value>}。DATE 接受 YYYY-MM-DD，CHECKBOX 接受 true 或 false，PICKLIST 接受其中一个选项（除非 strict 为 false，否则其他值会被拒绝），CONTACT_LIST 接受邮箱地址，数字按数字发送。公式写在 "formula": "=..." 中，而不是 value。新行需要指定位置：toBottom、toTop、parentId 或 siblingId。带列公式的列、系统列（自动编号、创建日期、修改人）和锁定的列不能写入。
安装时关闭：smartsheet_delete_rows，因为被删除的行连同其子行、附件和评论无法通过 API 恢复。团队需要时由管理员开启。
数据格式：表格、行、列、工作区、文件夹、报表和用户都有很长的数字 ID（最多 16 位），AI 会按返回的原样以文本传递。日期和时间为 UTC 的 ISO 8601；日期单元格为 YYYY-MM-DD。多联系人和多选单元格以文本返回，除非传入 level（2 或 3）和 include=objectValue。accessLevel 为 VIEWER、COMMENTER、EDITOR、EDITOR_SHARE、ADMIN 或 OWNER。写入调用返回 {"message": "SUCCESS", "resultCode": 0, "result": ...}；resultCode 为 3 表示部分成功。
分页：表格、列、讨论、附件、用户和单元格历史用 page 和 page_size 分页（默认 100；响应中包含 totalPages 和 totalCount），也可用 include_all。工作区、工作区和文件夹的内容、仪表板以及共享用令牌分页：AI 把响应中的 lastKey 作为 last_key 传入，直到它不再出现。
限制：每个令牌每分钟 300 次请求，单元格历史每分钟 30 次。返回 429（错误代码 4003）表示需要等一分钟。批量行调用算作一次请求；请控制在几百行以内。
常见错误：401（代码 1002、1003、1004）表示令牌无效或已过期，或使用了其他区域的主机。403（1004）表示令牌的用户无权打开该项目：把它共享给该用户，或使用有访问权限的用户的令牌。404（1006）表示 ID 不存在或该用户看不到。400 会带有说明问题的 errorCode 和 message，例如值不在下拉列表中、新行没有位置，或向带列公式的列写入。
该连接器不上传文件，不删除表格或列，也不创建工作区或文件夹。

你的服务器 URL： 在 AnythingMCP 中打开 MCP Servers → 此连接器所在的服务器，复制它的 URL（
https://cloud.anythingmcp.com/mcp/…）。本指南中出现YOUR_SERVER_ID的地方都用它替换。
推荐路径：在 claude.ai web 上工作，无需触碰任何配置文件。
- 在 Claude 中打开 Customize → Connectors。
