Superchat + Claude
Superchat 共享收件箱，覆盖 WhatsApp、Instagram、Facebook、短信、Telegram、在线聊天和电子邮件：会话及其消息、联系人、模板、文件、标签和用户，并可发送消息和 WhatsApp 模板。
前提条件
完整的设置说明已内置在连接器中 (在 store 中选择连接器时可见)。所需环境变量:

步骤 1 — 获取凭证
- 在 Superchat 中打开 Settings → Integrations → API（https://app.superchat.de/settings/integrations）。只有工作区管理员能看到该 key。
- 将 key 填入
SUPERCHAT_API_KEY；它通过X-API-KEY请求头发送。该 key 对工作区拥有完整的读写权限，因此此服务器的每个用户都能读取所有会话。 - 调用
superchat_get_me检查 key。要读取某位客户的对话，依次调用superchat_search_contacts（电子邮件、E.164 格式的电话号码或 Instagram 用户名）、superchat_list_contact_conversations和superchat_list_conversation_messages。
发送工具（superchat_send_message、superchat_send_template、superchat_send_email）会直接触达客户且无法撤回，安装时默认关闭。Meta 的规则适用：在 WhatsApp 上，只有在联系人最后一条消息后的 24 小时内才能送达自由文本，否则需用 superchat_send_template 发送已审核的模板（由 Meta 计费）；在 Instagram 和 Facebook 上只能在 7 天内回复。一个工作区的所有 key 合计每 5 分钟最多 2500 个请求，超出后 Superchat 返回 429。
步骤 2 — 安装 adapter

步骤 3 — 在 Claude 中添加连接器
你的服务器 URL： 在 AnythingMCP 中打开 MCP Servers → 此连接器所在的服务器，复制它的 URL（
https://cloud.anythingmcp.com/mcp/…）。本指南中出现YOUR_SERVER_ID的地方都用它替换。
推荐路径 — 在 claude.ai web 上工作，无需触碰任何配置文件。
- 在 Claude 中打开 Customize → Connectors。
- 点击 +，然后点击 Add custom connector。
- 输入名称（例如
Superchat）和远程 MCP 服务器 URLhttps://cloud.anythingmcp.com/mcp/YOUR_SERVER_ID，然后点击 Add。 - 点击 Connect，登录 AnythingMCP（OAuth）并允许访问。
