Telnyx + Claude
让你的 AI 使用 Telnyx：查看余额和用量，列出和搜索电话号码，发送短信和彩信，拨打播报消息的电话，读取通话录音和详单记录，查询号码，通过 Verify 发送和校验一次性验证码，并查看你的 AI 助手。
前提条件
完整的设置说明已内置在连接器中 (在 store 中选择连接器时可见)。所需环境变量:

步骤 1 — 获取凭证
- 登录 Mission Control Portal：
https://portal.telnyx.com。 - 打开 Account settings → Keys & Credentials → API Keys，点击 Create API Key。密钥以
KEY开头，Telnyx 只显示一次。 - 按 Telnyx 显示的原样把它粘贴到
TELNYX_API_KEY，不要加 Bearer 一词，然后安装连接器。密钥只会发送到 api.telnyx.com。 - 用
telnyx_get_balance检查设置：它是免费的，会显示余额、信用额度和币种。
谁能看到什么：密钥代表整个 Telnyx 账户，包括余额。请只把 MCP 服务器分享给可以用这个账户花钱的人。
会产生费用并触达真实的人，所以 AI 会先问你：Telnyx 对 telnyx_send_message（短信和彩信）、telnyx_dial_call（按分钟）、telnyx_speak_text（文字转语音）和 telnyx_send_verification（按次验证）收费。每次调用前，AI 都会给你看收件人、发送方和内容，并等你同意。telnyx_lookup_number 按次查询收费，因此 AI 在查询大量号码前会先告诉你。发送、拨打和购买需要账户有余额。
安装时默认关闭：telnyx_order_phone_numbers 会购买号码，每个号码有一次性费用和月费。管理员需要有意识地开启它；开启后，AI 会列出每个号码及其费用，在你确认后才购买。用 telnyx_search_available_numbers 搜索号码是免费的。
短信：号码只有分配到某个消息配置文件（messaging profile）后才能发短信（telnyx_list_messaging_profiles 会显示这些配置文件以及每个配置文件允许发送的国家）。新消息的初始状态是 queued；之后可用 telnyx_get_message 查看每个收件人的送达状态。附上媒体链接后，消息会作为彩信发送（美国和加拿大）。
拨打电话需要 Call Control 应用：在 Mission Control Portal 中创建一个，并把你用来拨出的号码分配给它。telnyx_list_call_control_applications 会给出 telnyx_dial_call 所需的 connection_id。AI 拨号后，会用 telnyx_get_call_status 检查对方是否接听，然后用 telnyx_speak_text 播报你的消息，再用 telnyx_hangup_call 挂断。拨号时设置时长上限可以控制费用。通话事件会发送到该应用的 Webhook URL，本连接器不接收这些事件。录音：telnyx_list_recordings 和 telnyx_get_recording（下载链接几分钟后失效）。
Verify：在门户的 Verify 中创建一次 Verify 配置文件；telnyx_list_verify_profiles 会列出它。telnyx_send_verification 通过短信、语音电话或 WhatsApp 发送验证码，telnyx_check_verification_code 校验对方输入的验证码。
用量和费用：telnyx_search_detail_records 列出单条消息和通话及其费用；telnyx_get_usage_report_options 和 telnyx_get_usage_report 提供最长 31 天内按产品汇总的用量。AI 助手只读：telnyx_list_ai_assistants 和 telnyx_get_ai_assistant。
号码格式：始终使用 E.164，即 +、国家代码和不含空格的号码（+8613812345678）。
常见错误：401 (10009)：密钥错误、已删除或粘贴时带了前缀；请在门户中新建一个。403：账户暂时不能使用此功能（例如向某个国家发送，或在账户验证前购买号码），或者密钥缺少权限。404 (10005)：此账户下没有该资源。422：参数无效，例如发送方没有消息配置文件、通话尚未接听，或号码不是 E.164 格式。429：请求过多；请稍候重试。
该连接器不涉及号码携转、号码配置和释放、SIP 中继、TeXML、电话会议、传真、WhatsApp 模板、10DLC 品牌和活动注册、创建或修改 AI 助手以及 Webhook。

步骤 3 — 在 Claude 中添加连接器
你的服务器 URL： 在 AnythingMCP 中打开 MCP Servers → 此连接器所在的服务器，复制它的 URL（
https://cloud.anythingmcp.com/mcp/…）。本指南中出现YOUR_SERVER_ID的地方都用它替换。
推荐路径：在 claude.ai web 上工作，无需触碰任何配置文件。
- 在 Claude 中打开 Customize → Connectors。
- 点击 +，然后点击 Add custom connector。
- 输入名称（例如
Telnyx）和远程 MCP 服务器 URLhttps://cloud.anythingmcp.com/mcp/YOUR_SERVER_ID，然后点击 Add。 - 点击 Connect，登录 AnythingMCP（OAuth）并允许访问。
