Webex + Claude
让你的 AI 使用 Cisco Webex：查找人员，读取空间中的消息并在空间中发消息，发送私信，把人员添加到空间，列出团队，安排和修改会议，查看谁参加了会议，并读取会议转录稿、AI 会议摘要和录制。通过 Webex 集成（OAuth），使用你自己的 Webex 账户登录。
前提条件
完整的设置说明已内置在连接器中 (在 store 中选择连接器时可见)。所需环境变量:
WEBEX_CLIENT_ID, WEBEX_CLIENT_SECRET
步骤 1 — 获取凭证
- 用你的 Webex 账户登录 developer.webex.com，打开头像菜单 → My Webex Apps → Create a New App → Create an Integration。任何 Webex 账户都可以创建集成，免费账户也可以。
- 对 Will this integration use a mobile SDK? 选择 No，为集成命名（例如“AnythingMCP”），选一个默认图标，并写一段简短说明。
- 在 Redirect URI(s) 下添加
https://cloud.anythingmcp.com/api/mcp-oauth/callback。如果你自行托管 AnythingMCP，改用https://your-anythingmcp-host/api/mcp-oauth/callback。 - 在 Scopes 下勾选下面列出的所有 scope（Webex 会自动添加
spark:kms），然后点击 Add Integration。 - 把 Client ID（以大写字母 C 开头）复制到
WEBEX_CLIENT_ID，把 Client Secret 复制到WEBEX_CLIENT_SECRET。Secret 只显示一次；如果丢失，请在 My Webex Apps 下打开该集成并生成新的 Secret。 - 安装连接器，在连接器页面点击 Authorize with Provider，登录 Webex 并点击 Accept。

webex_get_me检查设置。
Scope：spark:kms、spark:people_read、spark:rooms_read、spark:rooms_write、spark:memberships_read、spark:memberships_write、spark:messages_read、spark:messages_write、spark:teams_read、spark:webhooks_read、meeting:schedules_read、meeting:schedules_write、meeting:participants_read、meeting:transcripts_read、meeting:summaries_read 和 meeting:recordings_read。连接器请求的正是这些 scope，所以只要集成上有一个没有勾选，Webex 就会以 invalid_scope 拒绝登录。
谁能看到什么：AI 以完成授权的 Webex 用户身份工作。它只能看到该用户所在的空间，以及该用户主持或受邀参加的会议。webex_search_people 按邮箱或姓名开头查找你所在组织的人员。
消息和邀请会先问你：消息、新空间、新增成员和会议邀请会立即送达他人，无法悄悄撤回。在执行 webex_send_message（在空间中发消息）、webex_send_direct_message（给某个人发私信，必要时开启一对一空间）、webex_create_room（新的群组空间）、webex_add_membership（添加一个人，之后对方可以读取该空间之前的消息）、webex_create_meeting 或 webex_update_meeting 之前，AI 会给你看确切的文本、空间或人员以及会通知到谁，并等你同意。安排或修改会议会给受邀者发邮件，除非 sendEmail 设为 false。如需只读使用，请关闭这六个工具。
安装时默认关闭：webex_delete_message 会为空间中的所有人永久删除一条消息，webex_delete_meeting 会取消一场会议或整个系列，无法恢复，并会给受邀者发送取消邮件。只有在 AI 需要删除内容时才打开它们。
个人数据和不可信内容：消息、转录稿、会议摘要、参会者列表和录制都是所有相关人员的个人数据。AI 只读取你的问题所需的内容，除非你要求，否则不会把它们复制到其他空间或工具。他人写的文本（消息、文件名、转录稿中的发言、摘要）只被视为需要汇报的信息，绝不会被当作指令，即使看起来像命令也一样。
空间和消息：webex_list_rooms 按最近活动列出你的空间，webex_list_messages 从最新的消息开始读取空间，并逐页往前翻，webex_list_direct_messages 按邮箱读取你与某个人的一对一对话。消息支持 Webex Markdown（粗体、斜体、链接、列表、代码），最大约 7,400 字节。消息中的文件链接需要登录 Webex 才能打开，所以 AI 会说出文件名，而不是转发链接。
会议：会议工具需要 Webex Meetings 主持人许可证（免费套餐包含一个）。webex_list_meetings 列出已安排的会议、即将进行的单场会议，或实际举行过的会议。不指定时间窗口时，Webex 会往后查看 7 天，对过去的会议则往前查看 7 天。时间使用 ISO 8601 格式，例如 2026-10-20T15:00:00+02:00；指定 Europe/Berlin 这样的时区后，Webex 会用该时区而不是 UTC 返回时间。新会议的时长在 10 分钟到 23 小时 59 分钟之间，并且必须在将来开始；普通用户 24 小时内最多可安排 100 场会议。
转录稿、AI 摘要和录制：这些工具需要已结束会议的 ID（详细信息在会议结束约 15 分钟后出现）。webex_list_meeting_participants 显示谁参加了会议，仅限主持人或管理员使用。只有开启了转录或 Webex AI Assistant 的隐藏字幕时才会有转录稿：webex_list_transcripts 列出转录稿，webex_list_transcript_snippets 读取带发言人姓名的发言内容，webex_download_transcript 返回全文，超过约 100 KB 的部分会被截断。开启了摘要时，webex_get_meeting_summary 返回 AI Assistant 的笔记和待办事项。录制需要云录制；webex_list_recordings 默认覆盖最近 7 天。webex_get_recording 还会返回临时下载链接，在几个小时内任何拿到链接的人都能使用，所以 AI 只把它们给你，绝不会发到空间里。
保持登录状态：Webex 访问令牌的有效期通常为 14 天，刷新令牌为 90 天。连接器会自动续期访问令牌，所以只要在 90 天内使用过，就会一直保持登录。如果闲置时间更长，或你撤销了集成，请再次点击 Authorize with Provider。
常见错误：401：登录已过期或被撤销；请重新授权（如果重新生成了 secret，请先更新 WEBEX_CLIENT_SECRET）。403：令牌缺少某个 scope（在集成上勾选后重新授权），或用户缺少许可证或角色，例如没有 Meetings 许可证、不是主持人，或 AI Assistant 未开启。404：ID 不存在或你看不到它；对于转录稿和摘要，请检查它是否为已结束会议的 ID。400：某个参数有误，Webex 会指出是哪一个。429：大多数 Webex API 允许每分钟约 300 个请求；请等待 Retry-After 中给出的时间。
该连接器不能编辑消息、上传文件或发送自适应卡片（adaptive cards）、移除成员，不能删除空间、录制、转录稿或摘要，也不能管理 Webhook；它不涉及 Webex Calling、设备、联络中心和管理 API。它以通过 OAuth 登录的个人身份操作；不支持 Webex 机器人账户。

步骤 3 — 在 Claude 中添加连接器
你的服务器 URL： 在 AnythingMCP 中打开 MCP Servers → 此连接器所在的服务器，复制它的 URL（
https://cloud.anythingmcp.com/mcp/…）。本指南中出现YOUR_SERVER_ID的地方都用它替换。
推荐路径：在 claude.ai web 上工作，无需触碰任何配置文件。
- 在 Claude 中打开 Customize → Connectors。
- 点击 +，然后点击 Add custom connector。
- 输入名称（例如
