Workday + Meta Muse

前提条件
完整的设置说明已内置在连接器中 (在 store 中选择连接器时可见)。所需环境变量:
WORKDAY_HOST, WORKDAY_TENANT, WORKDAY_CLIENT_ID, WORKDAY_CLIENT_SECRET, WORKDAY_REFRESH_TOKEN
步骤 1 — 获取凭证
由 Workday 管理员一次性完成设置，大约需要 15 分钟：
- 创建一个 Integration System User（任务 Create Integration System User），并把它加入一个集成安全组（任务 Create Security Group，类型 Integration System Security Group，不加限制或只限于你想开放的组织）。
- 只给该组授予 AI 需要读取的域的 Get（查看）权限，例如 Worker Data: Public Worker Reports、Reports: Organization、View: Supervisory Organization、Job Profile: View、Worker Position: View、Worker Data: Time Off (Time Off Balances)、Worker Data: Time Off (Time Off)、Worker Data: Leave of Absence 和 Job Postings: External。然后运行 Activate Pending Security Policy Changes。
- 运行 Register API Client for Integrations：起一个名字，勾选 Non-Expiring Refresh Tokens，只添加你需要的范围：Staffing、Organizations and Roles、Jobs & Positions、Time Off and Leave、Recruiting。复制 Client ID 和 Client Secret；密钥只显示一次。
- 运行 Manage Refresh Tokens for Integrations，选择该 Integration System User，然后为 API 客户端选择 Generate New Refresh Token，复制令牌。
- 运行 View API Clients。Token Endpoint 的格式是
https://<host>/ccx/oauth2/<tenant>/token：把主机名（例如wd5-services1.myworkday.com，不带https://）填入WORKDAY_HOST，把租户名填入WORKDAY_TENANT。 - 把客户端 ID、密钥和刷新令牌粘贴到
WORKDAY_CLIENT_ID、WORKDAY_CLIENT_SECRET和WORKDAY_REFRESH_TOKEN，然后安装连接器。
无需浏览器登录：AnythingMCP 会在你租户的令牌端点用永不过期的刷新令牌换取短期访问令牌，并自动续期。无需任何人登录，连接器以 Integration System User 的身份运行，而不是以某个人的身份。
只读：全部 16 个工具都只读取数据。AI 无法招聘、调岗、录入或审批休假，也无法修改联系方式。
HR 数据属于敏感数据：Workday 对每次调用都会应用集成用户的安全组，因此 AI 只能看到该用户有权查看的内容，不多也不少。休假余额、休假记录和长期休假只面向员工本人、其上级或 HR；连接器要求 AI 只在有正当工作理由时查询人员，并且绝不转给他人。长期休假的备注不会返回，因为其中可能包含健康或家庭信息。薪酬、工资单、福利、家庭住址和身份证件号码都不在本连接器范围内。
可以读取的内容：按姓名、员工编号或工作邮箱查找员工及其任职信息，直接下属，主管组织及其职位的任职人（包括空缺职位），公司、成本中心、区域等其他层级，职位档案和已填补的职位，带状态的休假余额和休假记录，长期休假，以及附完整职位描述的招聘职位。
测试连接：连接器页面上的 Test connection 按钮即使在设置正确时也可能报错，因为它调用的是 API 的基础地址，而 Workday 的每个路径都包含租户名。以安装时运行的检查（搜索一名员工）为准。
常见错误：invalid_grant：刷新令牌已被撤销或属于另一个 API 客户端，请重新生成。invalid_client：客户端 ID 或密钥错误。401：主机名或租户名与令牌端点不一致。403 或返回空列表：安全组缺少该域，或 API 客户端缺少相应范围。503 Service unavailable 通常表示该主机上不存在这个租户。
不包括：任何写入操作、薪酬和薪资计算、福利、绩效和人才数据、候选人和潜在候选人，以及 Workday Query Language 报表。
步骤 2 — 安装 adapter

步骤 3 — 在 Muse 中添加连接器
你的服务器 URL： 在 AnythingMCP 中打开 MCP Servers → 此连接器所在的服务器，复制它的 URL（
https://cloud.anythingmcp.com/mcp/…）。本指南中出现YOUR_SERVER_ID的地方都用它替换。
Muse 以自定义连接器的形式添加远程 MCP 服务器，并通过 OAuth 登录。
- 在 Muse 中打开 Settings → Connectors，选择 Add custom connector。
- 粘贴 MCP 服务器 URL
https://cloud.anythingmcp.com/mcp/YOUR_SERVER_ID。 - Muse 会打开 AnythingMCP 的登录页面：登录并批准访问。
- 在聊天中，向 Muse 提出需要用到
Workday的工具的请求。
