步骤 1 — 获取凭证
- 确认你的 Zoho 数据中心：使用 Zoho Books 时，地址栏里就能看到（例如 books.zoho.eu 或 books.zoho.com）。把
ZOHO_BOOKS_ACCOUNTS_URL和ZOHO_BOOKS_API_URL设为该数据中心的地址，末尾不要加斜杠：欧盟为https://accounts.zoho.eu和https://www.zohoapis.eu，美国为https://accounts.zoho.com和https://www.zohoapis.com。印度、澳大利亚、日本、沙特阿拉伯、阿联酋和中国遵循同样的规则（.in、.com.au、.jp、.sa、.ae、.com.cn）；加拿大使用https://accounts.zohocloud.ca和https://www.zohoapis.ca。 - 用你的 Zoho 账户登录，打开 Zoho API Console（api-console.zoho.com），选择 Add Client → Server-based Applications。

1000.开头）和 Client Secret 分别复制到ZOHO_BOOKS_CLIENT_ID和ZOHO_BOOKS_CLIENT_SECRET。如果你的 Books 组织位于与控制台打开时不同的数据中心，请在客户端的 Settings 选项卡（Multi-DC）中启用该数据中心，并使用那里显示的 client secret。 - 找到组织 ID：在 Zoho Books 中点击右上角的组织名称，打开 Manage Organizations，每个组织旁边都会显示 ID。把这串数字填入
ZOHO_BOOKS_ORGANIZATION_ID。一个连接器只对应一个组织；如需第二个组织，请再安装一次。 - 安装连接器，在连接器页面点击 Authorize with Provider，登录 Zoho 并批准所请求的访问权限。
- 运行
zoho_books_list_organizations，确认列表中有你的组织 ID，然后运行zoho_books_get_organization核对组织名称和本位币，再让 AI 读取或写入任何内容。
保持登录状态：访问令牌有效期为一小时，会用保存的刷新令牌自动续期；刷新令牌只要不被撤销就不会过期。Zoho 每个用户和客户端最多保留 20 个刷新令牌：第 21 次授权同一个客户端时，无论在 AnythingMCP 还是别处，最旧的那个都会被悄悄撤销。如果连接器失去登录状态，请再次点击 Authorize with Provider。
权限和只读设置：连接器请求 ZohoBooks.settings.ALL, ZohoBooks.contacts.ALL, ZohoBooks.invoices.ALL, ZohoBooks.estimates.ALL, ZohoBooks.customerpayments.ALL, ZohoBooks.bills.ALL, ZohoBooks.expenses.ALL, ZohoBooks.accountants.READ, ZohoBooks.banking.READ。商品、税和组织设置属于 ZohoBooks.settings，科目表属于 ZohoBooks.accountants。连接器以授权它的 Zoho 用户身份工作，权限以该用户的角色为限。如需只读设置，请在连接器的 OAuth 设置中把每个 .ALL 改为 .READ，重新授权，并关闭 zoho_books_create_contact、zoho_books_update_contact、zoho_books_mark_contact_inactive、zoho_books_create_item、zoho_books_update_item、zoho_books_mark_item_inactive、zoho_books_create_invoice、zoho_books_email_invoice、zoho_books_mark_invoice_sent、zoho_books_void_invoice、zoho_books_mark_invoice_draft、zoho_books_create_estimate、zoho_books_create_customer_payment、zoho_books_create_bill 和 zoho_books_create_expense。
安装时默认关闭：删除工具 zoho_books_delete_contact、zoho_books_delete_invoice、zoho_books_delete_estimate、zoho_books_delete_customer_payment、zoho_books_delete_bill 和 zoho_books_delete_expense。删除的记录无法恢复，所以只有在 AI 确实需要删除这类记录时才打开对应工具。
写入是真实生效的：zoho_books_email_invoice 会以你组织的名义给客户发邮件，zoho_books_mark_invoice_sent 和 zoho_books_void_invoice 会改变账簿，zoho_books_create_customer_payment、zoho_books_create_bill 和 zoho_books_create_expense 会过账到总账。AI 会先说明要记账或发送的内容，等你确认后再执行。记录客户付款只是记账，不会实际收款。
发票和更正：新发票是一张草稿，编号来自你组织的自动编号，只有在你要求立即发出时才会通过邮件发送。Zoho 不允许删除已发送的发票：请改用 zoho_books_void_invoice 作废。作废的发票会保留在记录中，这正是德国 GoBD 等记账规则所要求的；zoho_books_mark_invoice_draft 可以把它变回可编辑的草稿，以便更正后重新开具。
合计和余额：Zoho 没有为 Books 提供文档化的报表 API。需要合计时，AI 会读取科目表中的余额、用 zoho_books_list_account_transactions 读取某个科目的交易，或者读取按日期筛选的列表。
限制：每个组织每分钟 100 个请求；每天的上限为 Free 版 1,000 个、Standard 版 2,000 个、Professional 版 5,000 个、Premium 及以上 10,000 个。超出限制时 Zoho 返回 429（每分钟限制为代码 44，每日限制为代码 45）：请等一分钟，或等到第二天。
常见错误：登录时出现 invalid_client 或组织列表为空，表示这两个 URL 不是你的数据中心。401 代码 57（"You are not authorized to perform this operation"）或 invalid_oauthtoken 表示登录缺少某个权限范围、已被撤销，或者 ZOHO_BOOKS_API_URL 的数据中心不对：请检查两个 URL，然后再次点击 Authorize with Provider。提到组织的 400 或 404 表示 ZOHO_BOOKS_ORGANIZATION_ID 有误，或者该用户看不到这个组织：请与 zoho_books_list_organizations 的结果对照。其他 400 错误会指出具体字段（名称重复、值无效、缺少必填字段）。代码 4529 表示已发送的发票不能删除：请作废它。删除联系人时出现代码 3000 表示仍有发票或付款引用它：请使用 zoho_books_mark_contact_inactive。
该连接器不处理销售订单、采购订单、贷项通知单、供应商付款、日记账、项目、定期发票、附件或 PDF。
