DocuSign
让你的 AI 使用 DocuSign eSignature：查找信封并查看谁已签署，读取收件人、文档、表单数据和审计记录，发送文档或模板以供签署，重新发送或作废信封，并浏览模板。支持演示环境和生产环境，以 DocuSign 用户身份登录。
设置
- 在 docusign.com/developers/sandbox 注册一个免费的开发者账户（演示环境），或使用你的生产账户。打开 Apps and Keys：演示环境为 admindemo.docusign.com/apps-and-keys，生产环境为 admin.docusign.com/apps-and-keys（也可以通过 Settings → Integrations → Apps and Keys 进入）。
- 点击 Add App and Integration Key 并为应用命名，例如“AnythingMCP”。在 User Application → Authentication method 下，对“Is your application able to securely store a client secret?”回答 Yes（Authorization Code Grant）。
- 点击 Add Secret Key 并立即复制：密钥只显示一次。把它填入
DOCUSIGN_CLIENT_SECRET，把 Integration Key（一个 GUID）填入DOCUSIGN_CLIENT_ID。 - 在 Redirect URIs 下添加
https://cloud.anythingmcp.com/api/mcp-oauth/callback。如果你自行托管 AnythingMCP，则改为填写https://your-anythingmcp-host/api/mcp-oauth/callback。URI 必须完全一致。保存后，更改最多可能需要 5 分钟才会生效。 - 在同一页面的 My Account Information 下，把 API Account ID（一个 GUID，不是简短的账户号码）复制到
DOCUSIGN_ACCOUNT_ID，把 Account's Base URI（例如https://demo.docusign.net或https://eu.docusign.net，不带/restapi，末尾也不带斜杠）复制到DOCUSIGN_BASE_URI。 - 把
DOCUSIGN_AUTH_URL设为https://account-d.docusign.com（演示账户）或https://account.docusign.com（生产环境）。 - 安装连接器，在连接器页面点击 Authorize with Provider 并登录 DocuSign。
- 先运行
docusign_get_user_info：它会列出该用户可以访问的所有账户，以及每个账户的account_id和base_uri。如果它们与DOCUSIGN_ACCOUNT_ID或DOCUSIGN_BASE_URI不一致，请更正这些变量。Base URI 属于具体账户，DocuSign 迁移账户时可能会改变。
上线生产环境：新的 Integration Key 只能在演示环境中使用。要用于生产环境，请在演示环境的 Apps and Keys 页面选择 Actions → Start Go-Live Review。之后在生产账户中重新添加一个密钥（用于 DOCUSIGN_CLIENT_SECRET）和重定向 URI（它们不会被复制过去），并把 DOCUSIGN_AUTH_URL、DOCUSIGN_BASE_URI 和 DOCUSIGN_ACCOUNT_ID 改为生产环境的值。
保持登录状态：连接器请求的权限范围是 signature 和 extended。访问令牌有效期为 8 小时，会自动续期；每次续期都会签发一个有效期 30 天的新刷新令牌，所以只要每月至少使用一次，连接器就会一直保持登录。如果停用时间更长，或登录已被撤销，请再次点击 Authorize with Provider。
权限和只读设置：连接器以登录的 DocuSign 用户身份工作，权限以该用户的权限为限。如需只读设置，请停用 docusign_create_envelope_from_template、docusign_create_envelope_with_document、docusign_send_draft_envelope、docusign_resend_envelope 和 docusign_void_envelope。
安装时默认关闭：docusign_move_envelope_to_trash，它会把信封移到 Deleted 文件夹。草稿会被丢弃，但已经发送的信封会被作废（voided）。24 小时内可以恢复。只有在需要 AI 清理信封时才打开它。
发送是真实的：已发送的信封会以你公司的名义，通过邮件向每位收件人发送签署请求。docusign_create_envelope_from_template 和 docusign_create_envelope_with_document 默认创建草稿，除非明确要求发送；而 docusign_send_draft_envelope、docusign_resend_envelope 和 docusign_void_envelope 会作用于真实的收件人。AI 会先告诉你谁将收到什么，并等你确认。只有正在等待签署的信封才能作废，作废后无法撤销。
文档和模板：文档会经过对话传输，所以请尽量保持小巧（整个请求的上限约为 35 MB）。docusign_download_document 返回单个文档、合并成一个 PDF 的全部文档，或完成证书；超过约 1.5 MB 的文件会被截断，而且 DocuSign 每小时只允许对同一文档下载几次。docusign_get_form_data 需要开启允许发件人下载表单数据的账户设置。要通过模板发送，模板中的每个角色都需要姓名和邮箱地址。
限制：每个账户每小时 3,000 次 API 调用（由所有集成共享），30 秒内最多突发 500 次调用（演示环境为 200 次）。DocuSign 要求对同一个信封的查询频率不超过每 15 分钟一次。
常见错误：401 AUTHORIZATION_INVALID_TOKEN 或 USER_AUTHENTICATION_FAILED 表示登录已过期或被撤销，或者 DOCUSIGN_AUTH_URL 与环境不匹配（演示环境用 account-d，生产环境用 account）：请检查该值，然后再次点击 Authorize with Provider。400 USER_LACKS_MEMBERSHIP 或 404 表示 DOCUSIGN_ACCOUNT_ID 或 DOCUSIGN_BASE_URI 不属于当前登录的用户：请与 docusign_get_user_info 的结果进行比较。400 TEMPLATE_ROLE_NAME_MISMATCH 表示角色名不在模板中，INVALID_EMAIL_ADDRESS_FOR_RECIPIENT 表示收件人邮箱无效，ENVELOPE_CANNOT_VOID_INVALID_STATE 表示信封不在等待签署状态。429 或 HOURLY_APIINVOCATION_LIMIT_EXCEEDED 表示已达到每小时上限：请等到下一个小时。
连接器不处理嵌入式签署和发送界面（embedded views）、PowerForms、批量发送（bulk send）和 Connect webhook，也不编辑模板、用户或账户设置。
