设置
设置大约需要 2 分钟。你需要一个 GetResponse 账户。
- 在 GetResponse 中打开 Tools、Integrations and API、API（https://app.getresponse.com/api）并生成一个 API 密钥。它拥有账户的全部权限，90 天未使用的密钥会过期。
- 只把密钥本身粘贴到
GETRESPONSE_API_KEY；连接器以X-Auth-Token: api-key <key>的形式发送。 - 普通 GetResponse 账户把
GETRESPONSE_API_URL设为https://api.getresponse.com/v3。 - GetResponse MAX：把
GETRESPONSE_API_URL设为https://api3.getresponse360.com/v3（波兰数据中心为https://api3.getresponse360.pl/v3），把GETRESPONSE_DOMAIN设为你的 MAX 域名，只填名称，例如example.com；它通过X-Domain请求头发送。其他情况下GETRESPONSE_DOMAIN留空。 - 安装连接器并运行
getresponse_get_account：它会显示账户并确认密钥有效。
在 GetResponse API 中，campaign 指的是联系人列表。新闻邮件（newsletter）是一次性的群发。
可读取的内容：账户、发送限额以及 GetResponse 支持的时区（含排程发送所需的 timeZoneId）。列表及其设置和联系人，每个列表的概要，以及随时间的变化：列表规模、按来源（api、import、webform、landing page 等）统计的新订阅、按原因（退订、退信、投诉、被用户或 API 移除）统计的移除。按邮箱或姓名、列表、来源或日期搜索整个账户的联系人，单个联系人及其标签、字段值、评分、互动评分和周期天数，以及联系人的行为（发送、打开和点击；未设置 created_from 时只返回最近 14 天）。标签、自定义字段定义、已保存的细分及其条件和匹配的联系人、按条件搜索联系人，以及发件地址。新闻邮件的主题、发件人、发送设置和内容，自动回复邮件的触发条件和内容，以及一封或多封新闻邮件和自动回复邮件的统计（发送、送达、打开、点击、退信、投诉、退订）。
可写入的操作：创建列表（每个账户最多 1000 个）、标签和自定义字段；把联系人加入列表、修改联系人、添加标签和设置字段值；创建新闻邮件，发送草稿，以及停止已排程或正在发送的新闻邮件（它会变回草稿；已送达的邮件仍然有效）。
发送是真实操作：类型为 broadcast 的 getresponse_create_newsletter 和 getresponse_send_newsletter_draft 会给真实的人发邮件。AI 优先使用 draft 类型，先向你展示主题、发件人、内容和收件人，得到你的确认后才发送。send_settings 使用 GetResponse 自己的键名，例如 {"selectedCampaigns": ["V"], "excludedSegments": ["R"], "sendOn": {"date": "2026-11-14T07:00:00", "timeZone": {"timeZoneId": 282}}}；没有 sendOn 时会立即开始发送。创建新闻邮件每天最多 256 次调用。
添加联系人：getresponse_create_contact 返回正文为空的 202：联系人进入队列，稍后才出现，所以 AI 之后会用 getresponse_list_contacts（email 加 exact_match: exactMatch）查找。409 表示该邮箱已在这个列表中。如果列表的 API 渠道启用了双重确认，联系人会先收到确认邮件；未确认的联系人只会出现在带 subscribers_type: ["unconfirmed"] 的 getresponse_search_contacts 结果中。联系人也可能在队列后期被拒绝；几分钟后仍找不到，就说明没有添加成功。只添加同意接收你邮件的人。
标签和字段：标签格式为 [{"tagId": "..."}]，字段值格式为 [{"customFieldId": "...", "value": ["..."]}]（value 始终是字符串列表）。在 getresponse_update_contact 中，tags 和 custom_field_values 会替换联系人现有的值，指定新列表会把联系人连同历史记录移到该列表；getresponse_upsert_contact_tags 和 getresponse_upsert_contact_custom_fields 只添加，不删除。
按条件搜索：getresponse_search_contacts 接受 subscribers_type、section_logic_operator（or 或 and）和 section；section 是由 campaignIdsList、logicOperator、subscriberCycle、subscriptionDate 和 conditions 组成的区块列表，例如标签条件 {"conditionType": "tag", "operatorType": "exists", "operator": "exists", "value": "<tagId>"}。它虽然是 POST，但只读取数据。参考：https://apidocs.getresponse.com/v3/case-study/segments-manual
安装时关闭：getresponse_delete_contact（无法撤销；带上 message_id 时会记录为从该邮件退订，而不是简单移除）。团队需要时由工作区管理员开启。
数据格式：ID 是短字符串（V、pV3r）。时间为 UTC 的 ISO 8601 格式；日期筛选（created_from、created_to 等）接受 YYYY-MM-DD 或 ISO 8601。统计数据按 group_by（hour、day、month、total）以周期起始时间（或 total）为键返回。打开和点击数取决于账户的打开追踪许可设置。fields（逗号分隔）可以让返回更小，例如 fields: name,email。
分页：列表默认每页 100 条；per_page 最多 1000，page 从 1 开始。返回中带有 _headers，包含 totalcount、totalpages 和 currentpage；当 currentpage 等于 totalpages 或返回空页时，AI 停止翻页。
限制：每个账户每 10 分钟 30,000 次调用，每秒 80 次，最多 10 个并行请求。429 会在 context.timeToReset 中说明需要等待多少秒。
常见错误：错误以 JSON 返回，包含 httpStatus、code、message 和 context。代码 1014 的 401 表示密钥错误、过期或缺失（在 GetResponse MAX 上也可能是缺少 GETRESPONSE_DOMAIN 或 API 地址错误）。400 会在 context 中指出无效字段。403 表示密钥对应的用户没有该区域的权限，或套餐不包含 API。404 表示未知 ID。409 表示重复（联系人已在列表中、名称已存在）。429 表示触发速率限制。
该连接器不涵盖落地页、网络研讨会、表单、电商、短信、工作流或事务性邮件，也不创建或编辑自动回复邮件。
