Iterable
让你的 AI 使用 Iterable：查看用户及其事件和消息，分析列表、营销活动及其指标、模板和目录，更新用户资料，记录事件，管理列表订阅，并在你确认后发送一封触发式邮件。
设置
设置大约需要 3 分钟。你需要一个能在项目中创建 API key 的 Iterable 用户，并且要知道项目托管在美国还是欧盟。
- 在 Iterable 的项目设置中打开 Integrations → API Keys，点击 New API Key。如果 AI 需要读写，选择 Server-side 密钥；如果只需读取，选择 Read-only 密钥。JavaScript 和 Mobile 密钥在这里无法使用。
- 复制密钥并粘贴到
ITERABLE_API_KEY。每个密钥只属于一个项目，所以一个连接器只对应一个 Iterable 项目。密钥只会通过Api-Key请求头发送给 Iterable。 - 把
ITERABLE_API_URL设为项目所在的数据中心：美国项目用https://api.iterable.com，欧盟项目（在 app.eu.iterable.com 登录的项目）用https://api.eu.iterable.com，不要加/api或其他路径。 - 安装连接器，先运行
iterable_list_channels：它会检查密钥，并显示项目的营销渠道和交易渠道。
一个密钥对应整个项目：密钥代表的是项目，而不是某个人。使用这个连接器的人可以看到该密钥能读取的所有用户和营销活动，所以只把 MCP 服务器分享给有权查看这些数据的人。
覆盖范围：按邮箱或 userId 查看用户资料及全部字段、最近的事件（自定义事件、购买、发送、打开、点击、退信、退订）和收到的消息；列表的人数和成员；营销活动的详情和指标；模板、渠道、消息类型、目录及目录条目。营销活动指标以表格形式返回，每个活动一行，包含发送、送达、唯一打开和点击、退信、投诉、退订、购买和收入。
更改前先等你确认：AI 会先展示要写入的内容，每次更改前都等你确认。
iterable_update_user把字段合并到用户资料中。字段变化可能让用户进入动态列表并启动旅程（journey）。iterable_track_event记录一个自定义事件，例如注册或预订，它同样可能启动旅程。iterable_subscribe_to_list和iterable_unsubscribe_from_list修改列表成员。带渠道选项退订相当于从该渠道全局退订。iterable_send_email从触发式营销活动向一个人发送一封真实邮件，可以立即发送，也可以定时发送。向很多人发送仍然通过 Iterable 中的营销活动完成。
安装时默认关闭：iterable_delete_user_by_email 和 iterable_delete_user_by_user_id 会永久删除用户资料及其数据。只有管理员有意开启后才能使用。使用 Read-only 密钥时，所有写入都会返回 403；如需只读使用，请关闭写入工具。
邮箱还是 userId：根据项目是基于邮箱、基于 userID 还是混合模式，AI 会用邮箱或 userId 识别用户，同一次调用中不会同时使用两者。返回结果中的时间是 epoch 毫秒。
每个项目的限制：大多数读取每秒 100 次，营销活动指标每分钟 10 次，列表人数和列表成员每分钟 5 次，已发送消息每秒 3 次。大型列表的成员在约 100 KB 处截断，所以 AI 会先查看列表人数。
常见错误：401 "Invalid API key" 表示密钥错误或已删除，是 JavaScript 或 Mobile 密钥，或者属于另一个数据中心；请检查 ITERABLE_API_URL。带有 BadParams 或 RequestFieldsTypesMismatched 等代码的 400：某个参数或字段类型错误，消息会指出是哪一个。404 或 NotFound：该用户、列表或营销活动在此项目中不存在。429：达到速率限制，请稍后重试。
本连接器不运行导出任务，不使用批量接口，不编辑模板或片段，不管理实验或旅程，不发送应用内、推送、短信或网页推送消息，不修改按消息类型的订阅，也不修改目录。
