Mindbody

设置
设置大约需要 10 分钟。你需要一个 Mindbody 开发者账号、商家站点的 site id，以及该站点的一个员工账号。
- 在 https://developers.mindbodyonline.com 创建开发者账号，在 API 凭据页面复制你的 source 的 API key。在 Mindbody 批准该账号用于正式站点之前，它只能使用公共沙盒站点（site id
-99）。 - 站点所有者为该站点激活你的 source：在开发者门户（或 API 的
/site/activationcode）获取该 site id 的激活链接，所有者在登录 Mindbody 的状态下打开它。 - 把密钥粘贴到
MINDBODY_API_KEY，把 site id 粘贴到MINDBODY_SITE_ID。site id 是一个数字，可在商家的 Mindbody 网址和设置中看到。 - 把该站点一名员工的用户名（通常是邮箱）和密码填入
MINDBODY_USERNAME和MINDBODY_PASSWORD。请使用专用的员工账号，只授予 AI 需要的权限。 - 安装连接器并运行
mindbody_get_locations检查连接。
登录方式：不需要在浏览器中登录。连接器通过 Api-Key 和 SiteId 请求头发送 API 密钥和 site id，在 /usertoken/issue 用员工用户名和密码换取员工用户令牌，并自动续期。每次调用都以该员工的权限执行，因此该账号在 Mindbody 中无权做的操作会返回 403。
可读取的数据：
- 站点设置：站点信息、门店、项目、session type、资源（房间、器材）、员工以及每位员工负责的 session type。
- 课程：某段时间内排定的课程（默认今天）、课程说明（课程类型）、循环课表、某节课的上课名单和候补名单。
- 预约：已预约的服务、空闲时段（
mindbody_get_bookable_items）、可预约日期（mindbody_get_available_dates）以及用于日历视图的员工日程项。 - 报名课程（enrollments）：整体报名的工作坊、系列课程。
- 客户：按姓名、邮箱或 id 搜索，完整档案、到访记录、日程、已购价格方案及剩余次数、有效会员、合同（自动扣款）、购买记录、账户余额和联系记录。
- 销售和目录：销售、刷卡交易和付款、价格方案、合同、套餐和零售商品。
可写入的操作：
- 课程：
mindbody_add_client_to_class为客户订课（设置waitlist时，满员则加入候补），mindbody_remove_client_from_class取消订课（设置late_cancel时记为迟取消，按站点规则可能扣次数或收费），mindbody_remove_from_waitlist移除候补记录。 - 预约：找到空闲时段后用
mindbody_add_appointment预约；mindbody_update_appointment修改时间、员工、session type 或备注，或者确认、标记到达、取消、迟取消、完成。 - 报名课程：
mindbody_add_client_to_enrollment。 - 客户：在
mindbody_add_client之前，AI 会先查mindbody_get_client_duplicates和mindbody_get_required_client_fields；mindbody_update_client只发送要修改的字段；mindbody_add_arrival为客户在门店签到；mindbody_add_contact_log记录电话、邮件或到访。
订课和取消会影响真实客户，所以 AI 会先向你展示客户和课程或时段，等你确认。大多数写入工具支持 test: true，只校验请求并返回结果，不会保存。
安装时关闭：mindbody_cancel_single_class 会为所有已预订的人取消某一节课，可选择给客户和员工发邮件，且无法通过 API 恢复这些预订。团队需要时由管理员开启。
数据格式：响应把数据行放在一个具名列表中（Classes、Clients、Appointments、Sales 等），旁边是 PaginationResponse；字段名为 PascalCase。客户 id（ClientId）是商家设定的字符串，通常是文本形式的数字；UniqueId 是 Mindbody 的数字 id。课程、预约、员工、门店和项目的 id 都是整数。日期时间采用站点时区，不带时区偏移（2026-11-20T18:00:00）。金额为站点货币的主单位。一节课是一次开课；其 ClassDescription 是课程类型，ClassScheduleId 是循环课表。
分页：limit（默认 100，最多 200）和 offset。AI 用 offset 加 limit 获取下一页，直到 offset 达到 TotalResults。
限制：Mindbody 按站点统计 API 调用次数，超出免费额度的部分会收费（价格见开发者门户）。因此 AI 会按日期、门店或 id 过滤，而不是读取全部数据。
常见错误：401 表示 API 密钥错误、source 未在该站点激活，或员工登录被拒（DeniedAccess、InvalidSiteId）。403 表示该员工缺少权限。400 是业务规则，原因在 Error.Message 中，例如没有可用的价格方案、课程已满或不在预约窗口内。
此连接器不销售价格方案或商品，不收款，不创建或修改课程、课表、员工或价格方案，也不删除客户。
