设置
- 用 master user（管理员角色）登录 Trendyol 卖家后台（
partner.trendyol.com）。只有 master user 能看到 API 密钥和 secret。 - 打开右上角的店铺名称 → Hesap Bilgilerim → Entegrasyon Bilgileri。把 Satıcı ID（一个数字）复制到
TRENDYOL_SELLER_ID，把 API Key 复制到TRENDYOL_API_KEY，把 API Secret Key 复制到TRENDYOL_API_SECRET。 - 对正式店铺，把

trendyol_list_stock_and_prices。
订单使用 v2 接口：trendyol_list_orders 通过 Trendyol 的 v2 订单接口（/v2/orders）读取发货包裹。Trendyol 已规定自 2026 年 10 月 15 日起必须使用该接口，届时旧的订单列表将停止工作。它最多只能查到最近一个月，日期范围最长 2 周（不指定日期时为最近一周），且每个筛选条件只能取到前 10,000 个包裹，因此要查看更多时，AI 会缩小时间范围或按状态筛选。
先确认：价格和库存更新、内容修改、包裹状态、追踪单号、更换承运商、发票链接、批准退货、回答提问、归档和创建商品，都会直接作用于你的正式店铺。AI 会先给你看将要改变的内容（带新旧数值的条码、包裹及其明细行、回答文本），并等待你确认。商品写入是异步的：返回成功只表示请求已进入队列，因此 AI 会用 trendyol_get_batch_request 检查结果（结果保留 4 小时）。
安装时默认关闭：trendyol_delete_products（无法撤销）、trendyol_report_unsupplied（为客户取消订单明细行，无法撤销）和 trendyol_reject_claim_items（请求 Trendyol 拒绝退回的商品）。
限制：每个接口每 10 秒最多 50 次请求，另外还有按服务组计算的每分钟限制，具体取决于你店铺的商品刊登等级。一次价格和库存更新最多包含 1,000 个条码（每个商品最多 20,000 件，售价不高于标价），Trendyol 会拒绝 15 分钟内重复提交的相同请求，以及同一条码每分钟超过 30 次的价格更新。财务列表需要指定交易类型，时间范围最长 15 天。
常见错误：带 ClientApiAuthenticationException 或 basic.authorization.failed 的 401：凭据错误（stage 和正式环境的凭据不同）。403：请检查 TRENDYOL_SELLER_ID，因为 Trendyol 要求使用由它生成的 User-Agent。429 too.many.requests：稍等片刻再试。
该连接器不使用旧主机 api.trendyol.com/sapigw、旧的订单列表或旧的商品筛选。
