Flipkart Seller

This connector uses the Flipkart Marketplace Seller API v3 (https://api.flipkart.net/sellers) for a seller's own account: listings with price and stock, orders as shipments (search, details, labels and invoices, ready to dispatch, cancellation, handover and manifest) and returns.

Setup (about 5 minutes)

1. Sign in to the Flipkart Seller Hub (https://seller.flipkart.com) and open Manage Profile > Developer Access.
2. Click Create New Access, give the application a name and a description and submit. Flipkart shows an Application ID and an Application Secret. A self access application is for your own seller account only; do not share it with a partner.
3. Paste them into FLIPKART_APP_ID and FLIPKART_APP_SECRET.
4. Install and run flipkart_seller_search_listings.

How it signs in: OAuth2 client credentials. AnythingMCP asks https://api.flipkart.net/oauth-service/oauth/token for a token with scope Seller_Api, sending the application id and secret as HTTP Basic, and asks again before the token expires (Flipkart's tokens last weeks) or on a 401.

Listings

• flipkart_seller_search_listings pages through all listings (500 per page) with listing id, product id (FSN) and SKU; flipkart_seller_search_products returns 20 at a time with title, status, vertical, prices and dimensions, filtered by listing state and an optional text.
• flipkart_seller_get_listings gives up to 10 SKUs in detail: price (MRP and selling price), tax, status, fulfilment profile, dispatch SLA, packages, stock per location and orders_to_be_fulfilled.
• flipkart_seller_update_price and flipkart_seller_update_inventory change one SKU. They need the SKU's product_id (from the two tools above) and, for stock, the location id. Confirm the new values with the user first. A 200 answer can still carry status: failure for the SKU, with the reason in errors or attribute_errors: read it.

Orders (shipments): a shipment is what is packed and handed over together; it holds one or more order items of one order.

• Find: flipkart_seller_search_shipments with type preDispatch (states APPROVED, PACKING_IN_PROGRESS, PACKED, FORM_FAILED, READY_TO_DISPATCH), postDispatch (SHIPPED, DELIVERED, PICKUP_COMPLETE) or cancelled (CANCELLED, with cancellation_type). Up to 20 per page; when hasMore is true, call flipkart_seller_next_shipments_page with the next_token taken from nextPageUrl. Searches reach at most 5,000 shipments; Flipkart Assured (FA) orders are not included.
• Read: flipkart_seller_get_shipments by shipment, order or order item ids (order items, prices, dates, hold flag, packaging policy); flipkart_seller_get_shipment_details for delivery and billing address, tracking id and courier.
• Process a new order (state APPROVED, hold false and after dispatchAfterDate): flipkart_seller_generate_labels (packs the shipment and asks Flipkart for the label and invoice; state goes to PACKING_IN_PROGRESS, then PACKED, usually within seconds), then flipkart_seller_download_labels (one PDF with label and invoice) and flipkart_seller_download_invoices, then flipkart_seller_mark_ready_to_dispatch (READY_TO_DISPATCH, the courier is booked). Before the pickup: flipkart_seller_get_handover_counts lists the couriers (vendorGroupCode) with the number of shipments and the one time code for the pickup, and flipkart_seller_download_manifest the manifest PDF for one courier.
• flipkart_seller_cancel_shipments cancels order items the seller cannot fulfil. It is installed switched off: cancellations hurt the seller's rating and can get the account or location suspended, so only cancel after the user explicitly asks.
• These actions answer per shipment with processingStatus SUCCESS or FAILURE plus errorCode and errorMessage, even when the HTTP status is 200.

Returns: flipkart_seller_list_returns lists customer returns (customer_return) or courier returns (courier_return, undelivered shipments) by created or modified date, 25 per page; when hasMore is true pass nextUrl to flipkart_seller_next_returns_page. flipkart_seller_get_returns reads returns by return ids or tracking ids.

Reading the answers: dates are ISO 8601, in IST when no zone is given. Amounts are in INR (sellingPrice, customerPrice, shippingCharge, totalPrice per order item). Ids: shipmentId, orderId (OD...), orderItemId, listingId (LST...), product_id / fsn (Flipkart product id), sku (yours), locationId (LOC...). Labels, invoices and the manifest are returned as PDF files.

Errors: 401 an expired or refused token (check the application id and secret), 400 or 422 an invalid request with a code such as INVALID_REQUEST_PAGE_SIZE or INVALID_DATE_FORMAT, 403 an id that belongs to another seller, 5xx a Flipkart problem (DEPENDENT_SYSTEM_CALL_FAILED): retry later.

Out of scope: creating and editing listing content, self ship (seller-delivered) dispatch and delivery updates, self ship return actions, Flipkart Quick (hyperlocal) listings, reports and order notifications (webhooks).
