ImmobilienScout24 API

This connector wraps the official ImmobilienScout24 REST API (rest.immobilienscout24.de).

Two fields, and neither is your login. IS24_CONSUMER_KEY and IS24_CONSUMER_SECRET are the API key pair ImmobilienScout24 issues to an application, not the e-mail address and password you sign in to immobilienscout24.de with. An e-mail address in the key field is rejected by ImmobilienScout24 with 401 ERROR_AUTHENTICATION_REQUIRED — Consumer not found: <what you typed>; if you see that message, the key field holds something other than a consumer key.

Where to get the key pair:

1. Open the self-service portal https://selfservice.immobilienscout24.de and sign in with an ImmobilienScout24 business account (private accounts cannot get API access; create a business account on the portal's Manage Access page if you have none).
2. Generate an API key set for Sandbox, Production, or both. Generating keys accepts the API Terms of Use; production use is paid according to the price list in those terms.
3. The portal shows a key and a secret, once — note them down. Paste the key into IS24_CONSUMER_KEY and the secret into IS24_CONSUMER_SECRET. ImmobilienScout24's documentation calls the same pair consumer key and consumer secret; the portal may label them API key / Key and Secret.

Authentication — OAuth 1.0a (handled for you): ImmobilienScout24 never moved to OAuth 2.0; every request must be signed with HMAC-SHA1. AnythingMCP signs each call two-legged (app only) with your key and secret. There is no token to fetch, authorise or refresh.

Search needs a partner permission: ImmobilienScout24 makes its Search API (is24_search_properties, is24_get_property) available only to content partners. A fresh key without that permission is answered with 403; request it at https://api.immobilienscout24.de/more/api-permission-request/ with your existing key. A 401 means the key or secret is wrong; a 403 means the key is right but lacks the permission.

Keys are per environment: the connector calls production (rest.immobilienscout24.de). Sandbox keys only work against rest.sandbox-immobilienscout24.de — change the connector's base URL to https://rest.sandbox-immobilienscout24.de/restapi/api to test with them.

Workflow:

1. Resolve a place to a GeoCode with is24_search_locations (e.g. 'München Schwabing').
2. Pass that geocode and a realestatetype to is24_search_properties. Ranges use ImmobilienScout24's own min-max form: price: "-1500" (up to 1500), livingspace: "60-" (at least 60 m²), numberofrooms: "2-3".
3. Read one listing with is24_get_property using its expose ID.
