Moedelo

This connector uses the Moedelo REST API (https://restapi.moedelo.org) of Моё Дело, the Russian online accounting service for small companies and sole traders: counterparties, contracts, sales bills, acts, waybills, VAT invoices and UPDs, purchase documents, the bank and cash register, warehouses and goods, the chart of accounts, employees and the tax calendar.

Setup (about 3 minutes)

  1. Sign in to Moedelo, open Настройки > Интеграция с партнерами, turn the integration on and copy the API key it shows. If your account has no such option, request API access on moedelo.org (Моё Дело API page) or from [email protected]. The key looks like a GUID, xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx.
  2. Paste it into MOEDELO_API_KEY. The connector sends it in the md-api-key header. The key opens the data of one company; for a second company, install the connector again with that company's key.

How the data is organised

  • Counterparties (контрагенты) are both customers and suppliers. Their numeric id is the kontragentId filter of every document list.
  • Sales documents: bills (счета), acts (акты), waybills (накладные, ТОРГ-12), VAT invoices (счета-фактуры, regular and advance) and UPDs. A bill's linked documents show the acts, waybills and payments that close it. Purchase documents mirror them for suppliers.
  • Document lists filter by number, document date (docAfterDate / docBeforeDate, YYYY-MM-DD), change date (afterDate / beforeDate) and counterparty, and page with pageNo (from 1) and pageSize. Lists return ResourceList with the records, plus totals.
  • Money: moedelo_list_money_operations is the register of all bank and cash operations for a period; read one in full with moedelo_get_bank_operation or moedelo_get_cash_operation by its documentBaseId.
  • Amounts are in roubles; VAT types: -1 no VAT, 0, 10 or 20 percent.

Writing: creating and changing counterparties and creating sales bills are installed switched off. A bill only records what is owed: the connector never makes, registers or deletes payments. Turn a tool on only when the assistant should change Moedelo, and confirm each change with the user.

Personal data: employee lists and counterparties that are people (форма FL, IP) are personal data under 152-FZ. Share them only with people allowed to see them.

Errors: 401 or 403 means the key is wrong, revoked or belongs to another company; 404 on a detail tool means a wrong id; an empty ResourceList means nothing matched the filters.
