Shoper

This connector uses the Shoper REST API (https://<your shop>/webapi/rest) of a Shoper online shop (Poland): orders and their line items, parcels, products, product stocks (variants with quantity and prices), categories and the category tree, registered customers, order statuses, shipping and payment methods. Two writes are included: setting a stock quantity, and changing an order status (installed switched off).

Setup (about 5 minutes, shop administrator)

1. In the Shoper admin panel open Ustawienia, Ogólne, Administratorzy sklepu. Click WIĘCEJ, Dodaj grupę administratorów, name it (e.g. AI) and choose the access type dostęp do webapi. Save.
2. Open the group, tab Uprawnienia: allow reading of orders, products, customers and the settings you want the AI to see (plus editing of products if the AI should set stock, and editing of orders if you switch the status tool on). Save.
3. Tab Administratorzy, DODAJ ADMINISTRATORA: create a login and password. Enter them in SHOPER_API_LOGIN and SHOPER_API_PASSWORD. A registered Shoper app can use its client_id and client_secret here instead.
4. SHOPER_SHOP_HOST is the shop address without https:// and without a path, e.g. myshop.shoparena.pl or your own domain sklep.example.pl.
5. Install. The connector signs in at /webapi/rest/auth with HTTP Basic and receives a token valid for 30 days, renewed by itself.

Workflow

• Orders: shoper_list_orders with filters and order (e.g. {"date": {">=": "2026-10-01 00:00:00"}} and -date), shoper_get_order, then shoper_list_order_products with {"order_id": <id>} for the items and shoper_list_parcels with the same filter for tracking numbers. Names of statuses, payments and shipping methods: shoper_list_statuses, shoper_list_payments, shoper_list_shippings.
• Catalogue: shoper_list_products, shoper_get_product, shoper_list_product_stocks / shoper_get_product_stock for quantities and prices per variant, shoper_list_categories and shoper_get_category_tree.
• Customers: shoper_list_customers (filter by e-mail or name) and shoper_get_customer. Guest orders have no user_id; use the e-mail of the order.

Filters and pages: filters is an object of field conditions joined with AND. A plain value means equal; operators are =, !=, >, >=, <, <=, LIKE (with %), NOT LIKE, IN and NOT IN (with a list). Nested fields use dots, e.g. translations.pl_PL.name. Lists answer {count, pages, page, list}; at most 50 items per page, so call again with page + 1 until page equals pages. Dates are YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM:SS in the shop's time zone; amounts are strings in the shop currency. Texts are per language under translations (e.g. pl_PL, en_GB).

Writes: shoper_update_product_stock overwrites the quantity of a variant (or of each warehouse when the shop uses warehouses); confirm the new value with the user first. shoper_update_order_status is installed switched off: statuses with email_change 1 e-mail the customer immediately.

Errors: 401 means a wrong login or password, or a group without webapi access. 403 (insufficient_scope / access_denied) means the administrator group lacks the permission for this area. 404 on every call usually means a wrong SHOPER_SHOP_HOST. 429: Shoper's leaky bucket allows a burst of about 10 calls and then 2 per second; wait for Retry-After.
