Shoptet

This connector reads a Shoptet e-shop (Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary) through the official Shoptet REST API with a private API token: orders and their history, products and variants with stock, categories and brands, stock levels and movements, customers, invoices, proforma invoices and credit notes, payment and shipping methods. It is read-only.

Setup (about 3 minutes)

1. The private API is available to Shoptet Premium e-shops. In the Shoptet administration open Connections (Propojení), Private API and create a token. Give it read access to the areas you want the AI to see (orders, products, stock, customers, documents); a missing area answers 403.
2. Paste the token into SHOPTET_API_TOKEN. One token belongs to one e-shop: for a second shop (e.g. .cz and .sk) install the connector a second time with that shop's token.
3. Install and run shoptet_get_eshop to check the token.

Workflow

• Look-ups that differ per shop come first: shoptet_list_order_statuses (status ids), shoptet_list_order_sources, shoptet_list_payment_methods, shoptet_list_shipping_methods, shoptet_list_stocks (stock ids), shoptet_list_categories, shoptet_list_brands, shoptet_list_customer_groups. shoptet_get_eshop with include=orderStatuses,paymentMethods,shippingMethods returns several at once.
• Orders: shoptet_list_orders (newest first, at most 50 per page) by status, time range, e-mail, phone, customer or product code; shoptet_get_order with include=notes for remarks and the tracking number; shoptet_get_order_history for status changes and e-mails sent.
• Products: shoptet_list_products, then shoptet_get_product (by guid) or shoptet_get_product_by_code (product or variant code) for variants, prices and stock; include=perStockAmounts gives the amount per stock.
• Stock: shoptet_list_stock_supplies for current amounts and claimed (reserved) quantities, shoptet_list_stock_movements for what changed.
• Customers and documents: shoptet_list_customers, shoptet_get_customer, shoptet_list_invoices, shoptet_get_invoice, shoptet_list_credit_notes, shoptet_list_proforma_invoices.

Paging and times: list answers carry data.paginator with totalCount, page and pageCount; ask for the next page while it is below pageCount. Time filters are ISO 8601 with an offset, e.g. 2026-10-20T00:00:00+0200; Czech and Slovak shops run on Europe/Prague time. Prices are strings with the shop currency (currencyCode).

Limits: Shoptet allows 3 simultaneous requests per token and throttles bursts (429, retry after a few seconds). Ask for what you need rather than paging through the whole shop.

Errors: every answer has data, errors and metadata. 401 expired-token or invalid-token means the token was deleted or expired: create a new one. 403 invalid-token-no-rights means the token lacks that area: edit its rights in Private API. 404 means no order, product or document with that code.
