Einen Claap-Workspace lesen: Meeting- und Call-Aufzeichnungen mit Teilnehmern, KI-Notizen und vollständigen Transkripten, Ordner, Ansichten und KI-Felder, dazu die Deals, Unternehmen und Kontakte, die Claap mit diesen Meetings verknüpft, sowie die Nutzer und Teams des Workspace.
Einrichtung
Der Connector liest einen Claap-Workspace über die REST API und ändert nichts.
- Ein Workspace-Admin öffnet in Claap Settings → API & Webhooks und erstellt einen API-Key. Wähle Full access, wenn auch private Aufzeichnungen lesbar sein sollen.
- Trage den Key, der mit
cla_beginnt, inCLAAP_API_KEYein. Er handelt für den ganzen Workspace, nicht als einzelner Nutzer. - Rufe
claap_get_workspaceauf, um den Key zu prüfen. - Für Meetings:
claap_list_recordings(filterbar nachcreated_after,recorder_email,sourcesoderview_id), dannclaap_get_recordingundclaap_get_recording_transcript(das Formattextlässt sich am leichtesten zusammenfassen). Für Vertrieb:claap_list_dealsoderclaap_list_companies, dann die Get-Tools.
Eine Aufzeichnung kommt nur zurück, wenn sie oder ihr Ordner für Workspace-Mitglieder zugänglich und in der globalen Suche sichtbar ist; private Aufzeichnungen brauchen einen Key mit Full access. Fehlt eine Aufzeichnung, die ein Nutzer in Claap öffnen kann, liegt es daran. Deal-Phasen und -Owner kommen aus einem verbundenen HubSpot-CRM und antworten ohne eines mit 400. Claap erlaubt 3 Aufrufe pro Sekunde und Endpoint und 3.000 Aufrufe pro Tag für den ganzen Workspace, geteilt von allen Keys; nutze deshalb lieber gefilterte Listen.
