Voraussetzungen

Die vollständige Setup-Anleitung ist in den Connector eingebaut (im Store sichtbar, wenn du den Connector auswählst). Benötigte Umgebungsvariablen für diesen Connector:

ABOSS_API_KEY

Schritt 1 — Zugangsdaten holen

Den API-Key einer Agentur erstellt ihr API Key Manager, ein Nutzer mit der Berechtigung Administrate für Office. Der ABOSS-Support bestimmt diesen Nutzer auf Anfrage ([email protected], mit ID und Namen deiner Agentur).
Der API Key Manager öffnet Office → API Key → Settings, bestätigt das Passwort und setzt für jedes Modul, das der Connector lesen soll, einen Haken beim Scope: Events (immer enthalten), Deals, Projects, Locations, Travels, Contacts, Invoices, Contracts und Advancings. Ein Tool, dessen Modul nicht angehakt ist, antwortet mit 401 oder 403; setze den Scope beim bestehenden Key, statt einen neuen zu erstellen.
Trage den Key in ABOSS_API_KEY ein; er wird als Authorization: Bearer gesendet.
Beginne mit a_boss_list_projects für die Künstler und ihre IDs, dann a_boss_list_events mit project_ids und einem Zeitraum start_from/start_to für einen Tourplan.

Die ABOSS Agency API v1 liest nur; nichts in diesem Connector ändert Daten in ABOSS. Erlaubt sind 60 Anfragen pro Minute und Key. Grenze jede Liste ein, mit einem Zeitraum, updated_at_from, event_id oder ids: Ungefilterte Listen von Deals, Reisen, Verträgen und Advancing einer großen Agentur brauchen Dutzende Sekunden und können in ein Timeout laufen. Events, die eine andere Agentur oder ein Künstler mit dir teilt, erscheinen nur mit include_shared=true.

Schritt 3 — Connector in ChatGPT hinzufügen

Deine Server-URL: Öffne in AnythingMCP MCP Servers → den Server, auf dem dieser Connector liegt, und kopiere seine URL (https://cloud.anythingmcp.com/mcp/…). Setze sie überall ein, wo diese Anleitung YOUR_SERVER_ID zeigt.

ChatGPT verbindet MCP-Server als eigene Apps im Entwicklermodus (Developer mode). Den gibt es in den kostenpflichtigen Tarifen, nicht im kostenlosen. In Business- und Enterprise-Workspaces muss ihn eventuell erst ein Admin freigeben.

Öffne in ChatGPT Settings → Security and login und aktiviere Developer mode.
Geh zu chatgpt.com/plugins und klicke auf +.
Gib einen Namen und eine kurze Beschreibung ein, z. B. Name: ABOSS.
Trag unter Connection die MCP-Server-URL https://cloud.anythingmcp.com/mcp/YOUR_SERVER_ID ein und erstelle die Verbindung.
Wenn ChatGPT danach fragt, meldest du dich bei AnythingMCP an (OAuth) und erlaubst den Zugriff.
