Voraussetzungen
Die vollständige Setup-Anleitung ist in den Connector eingebaut (im Store sichtbar, wenn du den Connector auswählst). Benötigte Umgebungsvariablen für diesen Connector:

Schritt 1 — Zugangsdaten holen
- Öffne in der Hetzner Console dein Projekt, dann Security → API tokens → Generate API token.
- Wähle Read für einen reinen Lese-Connector oder Read & Write nur dann, wenn du die Power-Tools einschalten willst. Kopiere den Token in
HETZNER_CLOUD_API_TOKEN; Hetzner zeigt ihn nur einmal an. Er wird alsAuthorization: Bearergesendet. - Ein Token gehört zu genau einem Projekt, leg also pro Projekt einen Connector an.
- Beginne mit
hetzner_cloud_list_servers, dannhetzner_cloud_get_server_metricsfür die Last eines Servers undhetzner_cloud_get_pricingoderhetzner_cloud_list_server_typesfür die Kosten.
Die Power-Tools (hetzner_cloud_power_on_server, hetzner_cloud_power_off_server, hetzner_cloud_shutdown_server, hetzner_cloud_reboot_server, hetzner_cloud_reset_server) werden ausgeschaltet installiert; schalte sie bewusst ein. Power off und Reset trennen den Server wie ein gezogener Stecker, nimm also lieber Shutdown oder Reboot. Jedes liefert eine Aktion, die du mit hetzner_cloud_get_action abfragst, und ein ausgeschalteter Server wird weiter berechnet. Kein Tool erstellt, baut neu oder löscht etwas. Die API erlaubt 3600 Anfragen pro Stunde und Projekt. Hetzner Robot (dedizierte Server) und Storage Boxes sind nicht abgedeckt.

Schritt 3 — Connector in ChatGPT hinzufügen
Deine Server-URL: Öffne in AnythingMCP MCP Servers → den Server, auf dem dieser Connector liegt, und kopiere seine URL (
https://cloud.anythingmcp.com/mcp/…). Setze sie überall ein, wo diese AnleitungYOUR_SERVER_IDzeigt.
ChatGPT verbindet MCP-Server als eigene Apps im Entwicklermodus (Developer mode). Den gibt es in den kostenpflichtigen Tarifen, nicht im kostenlosen. In Business- und Enterprise-Workspaces muss ihn eventuell erst ein Admin freigeben.
- Öffne in ChatGPT Settings → Security and login und aktiviere Developer mode.
- Geh zu chatgpt.com/plugins und klicke auf +.
- Gib einen Namen und eine kurze Beschreibung ein, z. B. Name:
Hetzner Cloud. - Trag unter Connection die MCP-Server-URL
https://cloud.anythingmcp.com/mcp/YOUR_SERVER_IDein und erstelle die Verbindung. - Wenn ChatGPT danach fragt, meldest du dich bei AnythingMCP an (OAuth) und erlaubst den Zugriff.
