Superchat + Meta Muse
Superchat-Team-Postfach für WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, SMS, Telegram, Live-Chat und E-Mail: Unterhaltungen und ihre Nachrichten, Kontakte, Vorlagen, Dateien, Labels und Nutzer, dazu das Senden von Nachrichten und WhatsApp-Vorlagen.
Voraussetzungen
Die vollständige Setup-Anleitung ist in den Connector eingebaut (im Store sichtbar, wenn du den Connector auswählst). Benötigte Umgebungsvariablen für diesen Connector:
SUPERCHAT_API_KEY
Schritt 1 — Zugangsdaten holen
- Öffne in Superchat Settings → Integrations → API (https://app.superchat.de/settings/integrations). Den Key sehen nur Administratoren des Workspace.
- Trage den Key in
SUPERCHAT_API_KEYein; er wird im HeaderX-API-KEYgesendet. Der Key hat vollen Lese- und Schreibzugriff auf den Workspace, also kann jeder Nutzer dieses Servers alle Unterhaltungen lesen. - Rufe
superchat_get_meauf, um den Key zu prüfen. Für den Verlauf eines Kunden:superchat_search_contacts(E-Mail, Telefonnummer im E.164-Format oder Instagram-Benutzername), dannsuperchat_list_contact_conversations, dannsuperchat_list_conversation_messages.
Die Sende-Tools (superchat_send_message, superchat_send_template, superchat_send_email) erreichen Kunden, lassen sich nicht rückgängig machen und werden ausgeschaltet installiert. Es gelten die Regeln von Meta: Bei WhatsApp kommt freier Text nur innerhalb von 24 Stunden nach der letzten Nachricht des Kontakts an, sonst sendest du mit superchat_send_template eine freigegebene Vorlage (Meta berechnet sie); bei Instagram und Facebook kannst du nur antworten, innerhalb von 7 Tagen. Ein Workspace darf über alle seine Keys 2500 Anfragen pro 5 Minuten stellen; darüber antwortet Superchat mit 429.

Schritt 3 — Connector in Muse hinzufügen
Deine Server-URL: Öffne in AnythingMCP MCP Servers → den Server, auf dem dieser Connector liegt, und kopiere seine URL (
https://cloud.anythingmcp.com/mcp/…). Setze sie überall ein, wo diese AnleitungYOUR_SERVER_IDzeigt.
Muse bindet Remote-MCP-Server als Custom Connectors ein und meldet sich per OAuth bei ihnen an.
- Öffne in Muse Settings → Connectors und wähle Add custom connector.
- Füge die MCP-Server-URL
https://cloud.anythingmcp.com/mcp/YOUR_SERVER_IDein. - Muse öffnet die Anmeldeseite von AnythingMCP: Melde dich an und bestätige den Zugriff.
- Bitte Muse im Chat um etwas, wofür es die
