Wildberries

This connector uses the Wildberries seller API (WB API). The API is split over several hosts, one per token category: marketplace-api (FBS orders, seller warehouses, seller stock), statistics-api (orders and sales statistics), seller-analytics-api (stock on WB warehouses), finance-api (sales report detail), content-api (product cards), discounts-prices-api (prices), feedbacks-api (product feedbacks and buyer questions), returns-api (buyer return claims) and common-api (connection check, seller information). Every tool already calls the right host; the connector's base URL is the marketplace host.

Setup:

1. In the seller portal open Settings > API integrations (Настройки > Доступ к API) and click Create token.
2. Choose the token type. For a cloud service such as this one use a Base token; a Personal token must not be used in cloud services according to Wildberries. A Base token has lower limits on statistics and finance methods (see below).
3. Tick the categories you need: Marketplace for orders, warehouses and stock, Statistics for the statistics tools, Analytics for stock on WB warehouses, Finance for the sales report, Content for product cards, Prices and Discounts for prices, Feedbacks and Questions for feedbacks and questions, Buyers Returns for return claims. Choose Read only unless you want to update stock or prices, answer feedbacks and questions, or decide on returns.
4. Copy the token (it is shown once) into WILDBERRIES_API_TOKEN. Tokens are valid for 180 days.

Authentication: the token goes into the Authorization header as is, without Bearer. A 401 means the token is wrong or expired; a 403 means the token lacks the category of that host, or the method is not available for its token type.

Rate limits (strict, per seller account, token bucket): Marketplace methods allow 300 requests a minute with a burst of 20; any 4xx answer counts as 10 requests. Statistics orders and sales: 1 request a minute (burst 10), and with a Base token only 1 request every 3 hours. Sales report detail: 1 a minute, Base token 2 a day. Stock on WB warehouses: 3 a minute, burst 1. Product cards: 100 a minute, burst 5 (card limits: Base token 2 an hour). Prices: 10 per 6 seconds, Base token 4 an hour. Seller information: Base token once a day. Feedbacks and questions (all of them together): 3 requests a second with a burst of 6, but with a Base token only 5 an hour, one every 12 minutes. Return claims: 20 a minute, Base token 1 an hour. On a 429 the response headers X-Ratelimit-Retry (seconds to wait) and X-Ratelimit-Reset tell you when to retry; do not retry immediately, and do not loop over statistics tools.

Where to start: wildberries_ping checks the token cheaply. For live FBS work call wildberries_list_new_orders, then wildberries_get_order_statuses with the order ids. For history use wildberries_list_orders (up to 30 days per call, 3 months back). For figures use wildberries_list_statistics_orders and wildberries_list_statistics_sales once, with a date_from, and work from that result.

Feedbacks, questions and returns: wildberries_count_unanswered_feedbacks and wildberries_count_unanswered_questions say whether there is work. wildberries_list_feedbacks / wildberries_list_questions with is_answered = false, skip = 0 and a large take fetch everything waiting in one call; then wildberries_answer_feedback and wildberries_answer_question for each, after the user approved the text. With a Base token the 5-an-hour limit allows only a few answers per hour: plan the batch with the user, and on a 429 stop and resume after the time in X-Ratelimit-Retry instead of retrying. A Personal or Service token has the full limit. wildberries_list_return_claims shows the open return applications with the decisions allowed for each (actions); wildberries_answer_return_claim sends one of them.

Ids: warehouse_id comes from wildberries_list_warehouses (seller warehouses, not WB offices). Stock is keyed by size id chrtId, found in sizes[].chrtID of wildberries_list_product_cards. nmID is the WB article of a product.

Pagination: wildberries_list_orders and wildberries_list_supplies start with next = 0 and continue with the next value of the previous answer. Statistics tools return up to 80,000 rows; for more, call again with date_from = lastChangeDate of the last row. Product cards use a cursor (updated_at + nm_id from the previous cursor). Prices use limit + offset.

Writes: wildberries_update_stocks overwrites stock on a seller warehouse and wildberries_set_prices changes prices and discounts; both act on the live shop. Wrong field names in a stock update still return 204 without changing anything, so read the stock back afterwards. Answers to feedbacks and questions are public on the product page, and a return decision cannot be undone; wildberries_reject_question is installed switched off.

Removed by Wildberries: the old statistics stock report (/api/v1/supplier/stocks) and /api/v5/supplier/reportDetailByPeriod were switched off in June 2026. Use wildberries_get_sales_report_detail for the report, and for stock on WB warehouses either wildberries_get_wb_warehouse_stocks (Personal, Service or Base-with-secret token only; a Base token gets 403) or the report flow wildberries_create_stock_report > wildberries_get_stock_report_status > wildberries_download_stock_report, which works with a Base token (4 calls an hour).
