Prerequisiti
Le istruzioni di setup complete sono incluse nel connettore stesso (visibili nello store quando lo selezioni). Le variabili d'ambiente richieste sono:
DOUBLETICK_API_KEY
Step 1 — Ottieni le credenziali
- Nella web app di DoubleTick (web.doubletick.io) apri Settings → Developer Documentation e clicca Create new key.
- Incolla la chiave in
DOUBLETICK_API_KEY. Viene inviata così com'è nell'headerAuthorization, senzaBearer. - Chiama per primo
doubletick_list_channels. Elenca i numeri WhatsApp Business (wabaNumber) che la chiave può usare, e quasi tutti gli altri tool ne richiedono uno.
La chiave agisce come l'utente che l'ha creata. Vede i numeri WhatsApp, le chat e i template assegnati a quell'utente. Se doubletick_list_channels restituisce una lista vuota, a quell'utente non è assegnato alcun numero: fattene assegnare uno da un admin, oppure crea la chiave con un account che ha i numeri.
Regole WhatsApp: i messaggi liberi di testo, immagine e documento partono solo entro 24 ore dall'ultimo messaggio del cliente. Verificalo con doubletick_get_chat_window_status; fuori dalla finestra invia un template approvato con doubletick_send_template_message. L'invio costa le tariffe di conversazione WhatsApp, scalate dal wallet DoubleTick (doubletick_get_wallet_balance). I numeri di telefono vanno sempre con il prefisso internazionale, per esempio 919876543210.
Errori e limiti: DoubleTick risponde 422 quando non trova nulla, non solo per input errati, per esempio quando nessun template corrisponde ai numeri richiesti. I limiti valgono per organizzazione: 300 chiamate al minuto sui messaggi delle chat, 180 al minuto sui dettagli dei clienti, 60 al minuto sulle note e una chiamata al secondo sullo stato dei messaggi.

Step 3 — Aggiungi il connettore in Cursor
L'URL del tuo server: in AnythingMCP apri MCP Servers → il server su cui si trova questo connettore e copia il suo URL (
https://cloud.anythingmcp.com/mcp/…). Usalo ovunque questa guida mostraYOUR_SERVER_ID.
Cursor legge i server MCP da ~/.cursor/mcp.json. Aggiungi questa voce:
