Aurora Inbox
This connector reads Aurora Inbox, the WhatsApp CRM and shared inbox for sales and support teams (Latin America), through its Platform API v1: teams and pipeline stages, the sales funnel per team, chats and their tags and opportunities, contacts and companies, users, WhatsApp channels and templates, the calendar and appointment bookings. It is read-only: it sends no messages.
Setup
- Get an API key for your Aurora Inbox account (it starts with
ak_live_) from your Aurora Inbox administrator or Aurora support. It reaches the whole account. - Paste it into
AURORA_INBOX_API_KEY. It is sent in theX-Api-Keyheader. - Install and run
aurora_inbox_list_teamsto check the key.

Ids and dates: ids are UUIDs; take them from the list tools rather than guessing. Date filters take ISO 8601 (e.g. 2026-10-01T00:00:00Z); times come back in UTC unless a timezone is given where offered. Convert to the user's local time (e.g. Bogotá UTC-5, Mexico City UTC-6, São Paulo UTC-3) before quoting.
Limits and errors: Aurora allows bursts of 20 requests and 10 per second per account; above that it answers 429 with Retry-After. 401 means a missing or wrong API key. 404 means an id that does not exist in this account.
