Setting up Haufe X360
From the connector definition itself: where to find the credentials, what they need to be allowed to do, and which API this adapter talks to.
What this connects to. Haufe X360 is built on Acumatica, and every X360 tenant comes with Acumatica's predefined Default web service endpoint. This connector reads it at <your X360 address>/entity/Default/<version>, logging in with a normal X360 user.
Setup
- Ask your X360 administrator or Haufe partner for a dedicated user for the integration, with the roles for the screens it should read (customers, vendors, stock items, sales orders, invoices, shipments). Acumatica checks the same access rights as in the browser. The licence limits how many API sessions may be open at once; the connector keeps one session and reuses it.
- Set
X360_URLto the address you open X360 with in the browser, up to but not including/Mainor/Frames, with no trailing slash. - Set
X360_TENANTto the tenant (company) name you pick on the login screen. - Set
X360_ENDPOINT_VERSIONto a version of the Default endpoint listed on the Web Service Endpoints form (SM207060), e.g.20.200.001,23.200.001or24.200.001. The fields these tools use are the same in all of them. - Set
X360_USERNAMEandX360_PASSWORD.
Session. The connector signs in at /entity/auth/login and sends the session cookies back on every call. When the session expires, it signs in again.
Values come wrapped. Every field arrives as {"value": ...}, and field names are the ones the screens show: CustomerID, CustomerName, OrderNbr, ReferenceNbr.
Query options. List tools take $filter (OData syntax, e.g. Status eq 'Open'), $top, $skip, $select and $expand. Always pass top on a first call: without it the API returns every record. expand=Details adds the lines of an order or invoice; without it you get the header only.
Read-only by design: no tool creates, changes or releases a document.
