Setting up KeyCRM

KeyCRM is a Ukrainian CRM for online shops. This adapter reads orders, buyers, the product catalogue with stock, and sales pipelines, and can create an order.
Getting credentials
- In KeyCRM open Settings → General (Налаштування → Основні) and find the API key field.
- Click Generate API key (Згенерувати API ключ) if none exists yet, copy it and paste it into
KEYCRM_API_KEY. Only the CRM owner can refresh the key; refreshing it stops the old key at once in every integration.
Workflow: keycrm_list_order_statuses and keycrm_list_order_sources return the ids the order filters need. keycrm_list_orders lists orders, keycrm_get_order returns one with its buyer, products, payments and shipping. Find customers with keycrm_list_buyers (by phone or email). For stock use keycrm_list_offers (variants with quantity and reserve) or keycrm_list_stocks (per warehouse with details=true). Pipelines (Воронки) hold leads as cards: keycrm_list_pipelines, keycrm_list_pipeline_statuses, keycrm_list_pipeline_cards.
Formats and gotchas: ids are integers. All times are UTC (GMT+0). Date-range filters take YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM:SS, YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM:SS. Several values for one filter are comma-separated, e.g. status_id = 1,4. Without include an order or card comes back without its buyer, products or status; the tools send useful defaults. If pipelines are switched off in the CRM settings, pipeline tools answer 400 Leads are not enabled. Phone numbers work best in international format with +.
Writes: keycrm_create_order creates a real order (and a new buyer if the contact is new). Show the user the source, buyer and products and wait for confirmation; never retry a successful call.
Pagination and rate limits: list tools take page (from 1) and limit (max 50, default 50 here). The body carries total, current_page and next_page_url: call again with page + 1 until next_page_url is null. KeyCRM allows 20 requests per minute per API key, so prefer filters over paging through everything; on HTTP 429 wait a minute.
Cloud reachability: openapi.keycrm.app is a public HTTPS API, reachable from AnythingMCP Cloud and from self-hosted installs.
