Prom.ua

Prom.ua is a Ukrainian marketplace where sellers run their store from the seller cabinet (Кабінет компанії). This adapter uses the Prom.ua public API (https://my.prom.ua/api/v1) to read orders, products, product groups, clients and buyer messages, and to change order status.

Getting credentials In the Prom.ua seller cabinet open Settings → API token management (Налаштування → Управління API-токенами), create a token, give it access to the sections you want the assistant to use (orders, products, clients, messages) and copy it into PROM_UA_API_TOKEN. It is sent as Authorization: Bearer <token>. A token only sees the company it was created for; a wrong or revoked token is answered with HTTP 401.

Workflow

1. prom_ua_list_orders for recent orders (filter by status or creation/modification dates), then prom_ua_get_order for one order with buyer, delivery and items.
2. prom_ua_list_order_statuses shows the status options of this company, including custom ones (custom-<id> in order data).
3. prom_ua_set_order_status changes the status of real orders and the buyer can see it. Always show the user the order ids and the new status and wait for an explicit yes before calling it. Cancelling needs a cancellation_reason; another also needs cancellation_text.
4. Products: prom_ua_list_products (optionally per group from prom_ua_list_groups), then prom_ua_get_product or prom_ua_get_product_by_external_id when you know the SKU id from the seller's own system.

Formats: all dates are UTC in the form 2026-10-01T12:00:00. Order status filter values are pending, received, delivered, canceled, draft and paid.

Pagination and limits: lists are newest first and take limit plus last_id. For the next page pass the lowest id you received as last_id and drop that record if it is repeated. Stop when a page comes back with fewer records than limit. No rate limit is published; keep pages moderate.

Cloud reachability: my.prom.ua is public over HTTPS, reachable from AnythingMCP Cloud and from self-hosted installs.
