Setting up Propstack
From the connector definition itself: where to find the credentials, what they need to be allowed to do, and which API this adapter talks to.
Getting a key
- Sign in to Propstack as an administrator and open Einstellungen → API.
- Generate an API-Key and put it in
PROPSTACK_API_KEY. The key is account-wide and carries the permissions of the account it belongs to — treat it as a password, because whoever holds it can read the whole customer base.
The key travels in an X-API-KEY header. No Bearer, no query parameter.
Properties are the centre of this API. A Propstack property is a listing — flat, house, commercial unit — carrying its address, price, area, room count, marketing type (sale or rent) and status. propstack_list_properties filters by those; propstack_get_property returns the full record with images and documents.
Contacts and enquiries are separate objects. A contact is a person; an enquiry (Anfrage) is that person asking about a specific property. A question about interest in a listing wants enquiries, not contacts.
Expand what you need. Many list responses return related objects only as ids. Pass expand=1 where the tool offers it to get readable nested objects instead of a second round of calls.
Paging is page (1-based) and per (default 20, larger values allowed). The response carries the total count in the X-Total-Count header.
Unverified. The paths and field names below follow the vendor's published documentation and have not been exercised against a live tenant. Treat a 404 as a docs-versus-reality gap and check the developer portal before concluding that the credential is wrong. A correction from anyone running this against a real system is genuinely welcome.
