Предварительные требования

Полные инструкции по настройке встроены в коннектор (видны в магазине при выборе коннектора). Требуемые переменные окружения:

ZENDESK_SUBDOMAIN, ZENDESK_EMAIL, ZENDESK_API_TOKEN

Шаг 1 — Получи учётные данные

Setup:

  1. Sign in to Zendesk as an admin → Admin Center → Apps and integrations → APIs → Zendesk API → Settings → Token access ON.
  2. Add API token, label it (e.g. 'AnythingMCP'), copy the generated token. It's shown ONCE.
  3. Set:
    • ZENDESK_SUBDOMAIN = your account subdomain (e.g. acme if your URL is acme.zendesk.com)
    • ZENDESK_EMAIL = the agent email of an admin user (the requests will be attributed to this user)
    • ZENDESK_API_TOKEN = the token from step 2

Шаг 3 — Добавь коннектор в ChatGPT

ChatGPT поддерживает MCP-серверы через функцию Connectors (планы Plus / Pro / Team / Enterprise). Бесплатный план не поддерживает кастомные коннекторы.

  1. Открой ChatGPT → Settings → Connectors (или нажми 🔧 в composer → Manage connectors).
  2. Нажми "Add custom connector".
  3. Заполни:
    • Name: Zendesk Support
    • MCP server URL: https://cloud.anythingmcp.com/mcp
    • Authentication: Bearer token → вставь MCP API key
  4. Нажми Connect.
