Znuny + Cursor

ZNUNY_URL, ZNUNY_WEBSERVICE, ZNUNY_USERNAME, ZNUNY_PASSWORD

Paso 1 — Obtener credenciales

A Znuny web service has to be created before any of this works. Znuny does not expose a REST API by default; you build one in the admin UI.

  1. Go to Admin → Web Services → Add web service and import Znuny's sample GenericTicketConnectorREST.yml (in the Znuny source it is development/webservices/GenericTicketConnectorREST.yml). That file defines exactly the four operations this adapter calls, and the routes below are its routes: GET /Ticket is TicketSearch, POST /Ticket is TicketCreate, GET /Ticket/:TicketID is TicketGet and PATCH /Ticket/:TicketID is TicketUpdate. If you wrote your own web service with different routes, change them here to match.

…(continued in the in-app connector instructions)

Paso 2 — Instalar el adapter

curl -fsSL https://raw.githubusercontent.com/HelpCode-ai/anythingmcp/main/docker-compose.quickstart.yml -o docker-compose.yml
printf 'JWT_SECRET=%s\nENCRYPTION_KEY=%s\n' "$(openssl rand -hex 32)" "$(openssl rand -hex 32)" > .env
docker compose up -d

{
  "mcpServers": {
    "anythingmcp": {
      "url": "https://cloud.anythingmcp.com/mcp/YOUR_SERVER_ID",
      "headers": { "X-API-Key": "YOUR_MCP_API_KEY" }
    }
  }
}
  1. Obtén tu MCP API key desde AnythingMCP → MCP Servers → tu servidor → API keys.
  2. Guarda el archivo y reinicia Cursor.
