前提条件
完整的设置说明已内置在连接器中 (在 store 中选择连接器时可见)。所需环境变量:
FRESHDESK_DOMAIN, FRESHDESK_API_KEY
步骤 1 — 获取凭证

Setup:
- Sign in to Freshdesk → top-right avatar → Profile Settings → Your API Key (right sidebar).
- Copy the key. Set:

Authentication: HTTP Basic with username=API_KEY, password='X' (any non-empty). The adapter handles this via BASIC_AUTH with username={{FRESHDESK_API_KEY}} and password=X.
Subdomain in base URL: https://{{FRESHDESK_DOMAIN}}.freshdesk.com/api/v2. Wrong subdomain → 404 with vendor's branded 'Page not found'.
