Voraussetzungen
Die vollständige Setup-Anleitung ist in den Connector eingebaut (im Store sichtbar, wenn du den Connector auswählst). Benötigte Umgebungsvariablen für diesen Connector:

- Sign in to Kustomer → top-right avatar → Settings → Security → API Keys → Add API Key.
- Pick role: org.permission.customer.read+write, org.permission.conversation.read+write, etc.

KUSTOMER_API_KEY. - Note your org subdomain (e.g.
acmeforacme.kustomerapp.com). SetKUSTOMER_SUBDOMAIN.
Authentication: Authorization: Bearer ${KUSTOMER_API_KEY}.

Customer-centric model: Kustomer's selling point is the unified customer timeline. A customer has multiple emails/phones/social handles; conversations roll up under the customer.
