Asana
Asana のワークマネジメントに接続します。REST API を通じて、ワークスペース、プロジェクト、セクション、タスクの閲覧、タスクのコメントの読み取り、タスクの検索、タスクの作成、更新、コメント追加を行えます。
セットアップ
- Asana でプロフィール写真をクリックし、Settings → Apps → View developer console を開くか、app.asana.com/0/my-apps を開きます。
- Personal access tokens で Create new token を選び、名前を付けて規約に同意し、トークンを
ASANA_ACCESS_TOKENにコピーします。トークンは一度しか表示されず、あなた自身の Asana 権限で動作します。 - まず
asana_get_meを実行し（ワークスペースの一覧も返します）、ワークスペースの gid をasana_list_projectsに、次にプロジェクトの gid をasana_list_tasksに渡します。自分のタスクを取得するには、assignee=meとworkspaceを指定してasana_list_tasksを呼び出します。
ID は文字列の gid（1204567890123456）、日付は YYYY-MM-DD です。読み取りツールはコンパクトな opt_fields リストを指定します。ほかのフィールドが必要な場合は、独自のリストを渡してください。asana_search_tasks にはプレミアムワークスペースが必要です（それ以外では HTTP 402 が返るため、代わりに asana_list_tasks を使ってください）。asana_create_task、asana_update_task、asana_add_comment はチームが目にする実データを変更するため、アシスタントは書き込む内容を提示し、確認を待ちます。Asana のリクエスト上限は、無料ドメインで毎分 150 件、有料ドメインで毎分 1,500 件です。一覧は next_page.offset でページングします。
